It got the job done. Long walk to the pool area, so we didn't use it. Breakfast and breakfast staff was excellent. Not many options in town but overpriced for what we got.

This hotel has excellent location. it’s very close to South entrance of Grand Canyon national park. Overall hotel is good. It’s old building so things look little dull. There were many good options for breakfast.

Check in process was fast and easy. A great location everything is walking distance. I disliked that you’re able to hear everything people walking in the aisle my neighbors conversation.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The property shows signs of aging, such as cracked floor tiles. The staff was very nice.

The property was fine. Clean and quiet. Be sure to order in any food you might need before 8:00pm however. Very difficult to even get a piazza delivered here after that hour.

Stayed here because it was close to the Grand Canyon. The hotel is very dated and my window had a view of a roof and AC unit, could not see anything else. Not up to the standards of other HIE.

Our refrigerator was very, very sticky. The room was quite hot when we arrived. No extra blankets —with thin bedding. The continental breakfast was awesome, and the STAFF was great—kind, professional and helpful!

WE booked a suite. The "miniature" furniture was not usable. An adult could not sit comfortably. The walls are paper thin. We could clearly here the conversation next door. Would not recommend this hotel.
