Bathroom Faucet was disgusting

Pros: Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and the man who worked there was excellent.
Cons: Clean the bathrooms and finish the lobby.
Location: Close to NAU although not walking distance.
Although the beds were comfy and looked new, the bathroom still needed updating. The faucet had so much lime deposit on it we were grossed out to brush out teeth. For $200 I would expect it to be cleaner. The folding tales in the lobby did not make a good first impression.

Under remodel

Pros: Sunday room rate
Cons: Why was Saturday rate so high, same room 1/3 less on Sunday, very disappointing they call the room a suite
Location: Ale Trail.
Hotel is being remodeled, lobby a mess. Bed was very uncomfortable, and trains were very noisy all night.

Budget Motel

The room is clean and size is good. It was clean. The bathroom is large. They have a free hot breakfast. There is plenty to eat. The location isn't really near anything, so you need to drive to restaurants. It is on a really busy road, so the traffic sound is loud, and the train runs right next to that street. The rate was good during the week so I would stay again during the week. They don't have elevators, so keep that in mind. It has two stories.

Stay away from this hotel. Dirty outdated. Room look like from bad horror movie. Spend couple bucks more and find better hotel.

Convenient location but cramped rooms

If you choose this motel, be certain you are housed in the lower section. We were placed next to several rooms undergoing remodeling and the area was filthy....I surmise that while booking through Expedia got us a discounted rate, the assigned room reflected this online booking. This motel won't be on our list in the future.

It was not pleasant, room was very small, doors were not properly closing, found bed bugs in the bed.

Hotel rooms are not suited. Very small outdated

Lobby was two folding tables, staff was excellent but only one person on duty for entire hotel. Rooms were not suites and very over priced. This was a $59 room nut paid $180. Room was clean but items were in disrepair.

Room setup no good. Great breakfast

If you want to watch tv at your bed you're not in luck. Room was dated and was in rough shape. However, breakfast was awesome and staff was great.

Older motel in need of a facelift

The hotel lobby was under construction so hopefully the rooms are next. You hear every move of people upstairs. Rooms greatly need renovations. They were clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. Seemed over priced for what you got b

It's under renovation and new ownership so the transition is really a challenge, there's still a lot to get fixed, hotel staffs are very nice, especially in the breakfast area, he's very warm and helpful to all hotel Guests...
