Road Trip

Pros: Location
Cons: Wifi
Location: Nice restaurant around the area.
Great place near restaurant. Clean rooms, plenty of parking space.

Grand Canyon Getaway

The hotel was old but updated. It was clean. I rated it poorly as the ground floor bathroom did not latch and did not seal. It was April so we did not have to worry about it being too cold but it would be a concern in January. The bar across the parking lot is very loud. The main door did not seal and we could see daylight all around it. It did not close fully.

grand canyon trip

Pros: It was comfortable, the beds were clean
Location: The restaurant connected to the hotel is excellent, the food is great, the atmosphere is warm and the staff are friendly
It was a nice room to stay for a night, you can hear the train throughout the night. They only have a continental breakfast, but have a great restaurant right next door, The Canyon Railroad Restaurant, food is excellent.

Lackluster

The hotel staff lack personality and their tone is very one noted. You're not greeted with a smile and that means a great deal to me. The cereal in morning was stale and mixed with more than one kind of cereal in one container.

Conveniently located hotel

Pros: It's in a good location, it's clean and it's affordable.
Location: Easily accessible from Interstates 17 and 40 and highway 89. Lots of places to eat nearby, a cute diner attached to the hotel and near gas stations.
My sister and I stopped in here for the night during a road trip passing through Flagstaff. It was very easy to find, close to restaurants & gas stations, right off of multiple freeways/highways. The only drawback was the noise from the adjacent club and the trains running most of the night. I'd actually stayed here before and would do so again if passing through. Free wifi, parking and a decent complimentary breakfast make it well-worth the affordable price.

Below average hotel

Very old hotel in a run down part of town. Rooms are slightly updated but the building is very old and run down. Price is low and a reflection of the quality. Not recommended but cheap if your willing.

Cons: easier access to outlets, have the wifi password available in the room so we don't have to call to get it.
It was an ok place to stay but not the nicest. There was only one accessible outlet which was located in the bathroom. So charging our phones was inconvenient and working on my computer was out of the question. The bed was too hard so I didn't sleep well and the wifi password was nowhere to be found even though they had a flier wth instructions on how to connect to the wifi. Somehow they missed putting the password on there. Other than that, it was fine. If you just need a place to sleep, it works.

Unhappy.

Pros: The room was nice and clean thank you to housekeeping for that.
Cons: Customer Service.
My experience with this hotel wasn't to pleasant. I called before my check in time and advised them i would be arriving late and they said it would be OK check in time is anytime after 3 pm. According to Expedia check in times ends at 6 am, and my room would be guaranteed. I arrived a little before 3 am to be told they didn't hold my room. When i told him what Expedia show's he didn't know what i was talking about. I was just left standing there thinking he was looking for a room, which he wasn't. Until i asked him "well is there any rooms available" he just gave me some attitude and asked for my I.D and Debit card then found me a room.
