Loved all the remodeling and staff was very friendly especially night shift gentleman. Everything is so close to eat and shop. Loved it.

Pros: The room itself was beautiful.
Location: Great location
Hotel was being remodeled so it was not comfortable to check in or out. Many pets were there the night we stayed and one dog whined for hours. Noisy customers going up and down hallways. Not very impressed.

Good area

The hotel is under construction. The parking was horrible, you had to get around crews working, ice machin were not functioning, etc. An overall bad experience.

Good hotel for south Flagstaff and people with pet

We come here every time we have a soccer event at NAU because it's so close to their south fields. The convenience is hard to beat. The hotel is currently undergoing remodeling but the rooms are looking great and the main lobby should be completed soon. This hotel is also becoming a go-to place for people traveling with pets.

Not a good choice, at least not an informed one,,,

Pros: Not a lot, the experience was not good
Cons: A lot. Mainly Service, my room was not properly cleaned in the bathroom from one day to the other.
Location: Location should be OK, however parking his limited.
We arrived without knowing that the hotel lobby internal and external areas were under remodeling works. I think we should have been informed in advance by the hotel operator.

Hotel undergoing renovations

Pros: Good location, restaurant nearby.
Cons: Finish the renovation.
The trouble began when our taxi driver found that the front entrance was blocked by piles of construction debris and we had to go to a tiny side entrance and register at folding tables in the breakfast dining room. There we found that the hotel was being renovated and some elevators were closed off. Our room was very good, but the common areas of the hotel were dusty and mostly roped off.

Rooms had been redone and were great.

Cons: Construction completed.
Hotel lobby and breakfast room were under construction and a mess. Over all experience was very good.
