Pros: Blackout drapes, beds, restroom, dinning area and breakfast.
Location: We found it a good economical base for a visit to the Grand Canyon.
Good value. Only negative was another noisy guest family upstairs. Would stay again!

Great for a quick stay!

Pros: Cruz, friendly staff, close to the interstate
Cons: Better WIFI
Location: Not much to do except get your tire replaced and get McDonalds.
The hotel attendant named Cruz was amazing! He was so helpful and friendly. He turned a poor night for us into a good time! (We had to stop because of a flat tire and could not get it repaired until morning). I definitely recommend staying here if Cruz is around! Thanks CRUZ!

Great Location!

The hotel is in a great location for various national parks and monuments if you don't mind driving and seeing the beautiful Arizona backdrop! The little town of Williams was charming and has everything you could need along with a train station that goes to the Grand Canyon if you don't feel like driving there!

Very clean, nice hotel.

Went to Polar Express in Williams. Hotel was 5 minutes away from the train depot. Very clean and comfortable. Felt fairly new. Buffet breakfast was good- waffles, eggs, and sausage; as well as a variety of cereal, yogurt, etc. Staff was very helpful and polite.

When I noticed we had the wrong type of room I called the hotel. The Lady answering the phone said she could not help and I should contact expedia. So I faxed my change request to the hotel hoping to get to someone who could take care of the issue. They claim they made the change but on arrival the two requests were not noted. They were able to make the changes. This is the 3rd year we have stayed here. The first year was a disaster the room was dirty, sheets stained and light bulbs missing from the lamps in the room. Had to change rooms 3 times before they got it close to right.The last time we found out they were doing renovations and a real nice guy (plant foremen) told me the hotel had just been bought and showed me my room to show what a nice remodel they were doing. A very pleasant stay.This time were checked into a room across from the room last year. Not as nice a job as before. Still these large caps around the door letting in a lot of light from the hall. Over all the rooms had improved. When checking out I ran into the gentleman from the year before, I wish I had his name, might of been Dave(plant foreman maybe). The point is he remembered me and we chatted for a couple of minutes. What a nice person. He is one of the reasons we returned this year.The training of the front desk people really has declined from a year ago. House keeping very pleasant and so was the lady stocking the breakfast area. They do need some training in the proper way to put out food safely,

Clean Hotel

Great stay, except stay on the second floor. It's always noisy if you stay n the bottom. Great breakfast!
