Older facility, but nice staff and prices are rig

Posted Aug 31, 2015
We stayed three nights, and the room was comfortable and clean. It is an older facility and so there are no bells and whistles. Price is right, and you will get what you pay for. Breakfast in the morning was average but cost-effective.

I didn't like this motel, it was a bad experience. The carpet was filthy. I wanted a first floor room, but I was told there was renovations going on.

Helpful staff, it was a spacious room.

Posted Aug 31, 2015
Pros: Spacious rooms, good-sized swimming pool.
Cons: Provide lighting for night-time trips to the bathroom!
Location: It was near Highway 40. In providing info about the hotel it would also be helpful to know the best way to those without Internet to find the hotel.
This was our first experience with Ramada hotels. It had a nice-sized swimming pool, and offered a good selection of food in the breakfast offering. We plan on staying with Ramada again.

Stay Away

Posted Aug 29, 2015
I arrived at the hotel and needed to request a different room. My first room smelled like smoke. The remote for the tv in the exercise room didn't have batteries. I spent two days trying to get the key to work for the door to my room. While the staff apologized, they certainly didn't make up for all the inconveniences. Did I mention the mold on the ceiling of the shower? I recommend that you stay somewhere else.

Noisy room the AC ran all night no thermostat

Posted Aug 29, 2015
Pros: The price
Cons: Remodel
Location: NAU Flagstaff, Sedona, Grand Canyon
Noisy room the AC ran all night no thermostat to cut it off. Door looked like someone broke in at one time. The outside was really run down. The motel 6 down the road looked better. The pool area had loose electrical wires. Bird poo by our room door.
