Could have been better

We booked this hotel on line. We showed up to find out the hotel was undergoing renovations. I understand this needs to be done at times but the whole exterior of the building was torn apart and workers were banging all day. The website needs to say the swimming pool is seasonal and closed in March. The staff were friendly and the room was clean but I would not book there again due to the condition of the hotel. I am sure it will be better once the renovation is completed.

Comfy beds

The bed was very comfortable. The hot water was barely warm. The staff was awesome, and overworked. Geez Ramada, get your people some help!

Location: Flagstaff is nice drive to Sedona
It starts with the bad smell, not dirty but anti-septic covering the dirt, then the old damaged walls, doors and plumbing fill your senses. This place need to be gutted, or torn down. Holes in the wall, wallpaper glue coming thru, and barely functional appliances are par for the course. Finally the breakfast was mushy tasteless sausage and eggs with bottom of the barrel coffee and spoiled creamers... Yes, pass this place up regardless of the price!

We were woke up early because of construction outside of our door. They were moving pallets right outside. Otherwise, the room was nice and clean.

HORRIBLE.......Stay Away

Room was unclean, had to go to WalMart to purchase cleaning materials......unfortunately, this was only room available on a holiday weekend. Room was in disrepair, noise, smells and crime here. We wanted to cancel and sleep in car but was unable to. Unhappy with EXPEDIA that there is such a tight policy on refunds. EXPEDIA should have a policy, other than peoples comments, that would permit refunds in conditions where hotels are unsafe or less than sanitary.....after all, one would EXPECT for a hotel to be clean and safe at a minimum.

This should be a one star hotel

The walls in our room were unpainted patched drywall, one curtain was mostly torn down, and the heater was super loud and cycled off and on every few seconds. It kept us awake!
