I highly recommend the Red Feather Lodge. It is a quick 10 minute drive to the Grand Canyon’s South Rim. The Lodge is clean, quiet, and very comfortable. There is a great restaurant right next door called Plaza Bonita - you are going to want a good margarita after Grand Canyon’ing! Stay here next time you are in the area. You won’t regret it!

So Much Has Changed from A Much Smaller Hotel/Motel That Was There In 1986, Then Compared to What Is There in The Present Day! The Old Red Feather Restaurant Had Such Delicious and Just Totally Awesome Food in it's Day!

We enjoyed our stay here. We stayed for 2 nights while we explored the Grand Canyon. If we go back, I would consider staying here again but would also be open to another lodge. It was a little outdated and the pool/hot tub were out of order. It would have been nice to enjoy.

When I checked in, the woman said don’t go the the Mexican restaurant next door. We found it to be excellent. The Big E she recommended was not good at all. I’ve never had a desk person tell not to go the a certain restaurant. Odd.

The pictures of the lodge are of the new portion, not the 50 year old section. People were so noisy in the parking space right outside your room. 2nd floor walkways sounded like a herd of Bison were traveling through.

Pool wasn't open when we went although it was to cold to swim anyway. The hotel was really clean and they had comfortable beds.

My room was very clean and it looked like it had recent updates. My only complaint was parking, not enough close for maybe someone who needed that. Also, food nearby was convenient. The Mexican restaurant close by was way over priced. $120 plus tip for 3 people with combo meals and a drink a piece.

Not a bad property, just lacking in a few areas. Given the size a breakfast area and providing breakfast would be great. Not having pool or hot tub available wasn't great since we were hiking the Grand Canyon. Fitness area was lacking for equipment.

Hi James, sorry for the inconvenience of our amenities we will keep it in mind. We as well do provide discounts at two local restaurants near by. About the pool we did tried to communicate with our guest about our pool and hot-tub construction via e-mail.

Loved the parking. Was able to park right in front of my room so it was very easy to load the car. Also super close to Grand Canyon NP’s entrance. Right across from a McDonald’s and the lobby has free coffee and tea. Would recommend!

My husband and I recently stayed at the Red Feather Motel in Grand Canyon Village and had a comfortable experience overall. The motel's location is convenient, with easy access to the Grand Canyon park entrance and nearby amenities. The staff at the motel were friendly and helpful, providing useful information about local attractions, sunrise at the Grand Canyon, travel times and dining options. The room we stayed in was clean and cozy, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Although we didn't spend much time at the motel during the day, we appreciated the quiet atmosphere in the evenings, which allowed for a good night's rest. Overall, if you're looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay while exploring the Grand Canyon, the Red Feather Motel is a solid choice, and provides everything you need for a relaxing visit to the area.

Great place to stay right outside the national park. It was either between staying here or some place in Williams just because Williams is cheaper. I decided to stick to this lodge due to location. Honestly it was worth paying extra because the last thing you want to do after spending a day in the park is having to drive an hour to your hotel. The staff was nice and helpful. Beds were comfy and room was clean.

Older facility. Rooms are very basic-shower only. Had someone above me and could hear them until late hours. Expensive area….I get it. Next time I will stay in something a little more up scale.

We didn’t want to spend a lot on a hotel knowing we would be checking in late and tired after a sunset hike of the canyon. This was perfect and very friendly staff. One star off because there was not enough parking even though the lot for both hotel and motel seemed large.

They made pay again. The room wasn't the one I reserved. Lady at reception is very rude. To price for a very poor service e very bad maintained property.

We do not take advance deposits, however a card is required to guarantee your stay. Payment isnt collected until you check in, I checked your receipt and it shows that we only charged once. I also retrieved your booking that expedia sent and it shows that we did check you into the room your reserved. I apologize for the rude receptionist, i will look into this issue.
