Our room was very clean and the Red Feather was in a good location, but our heater and refrigerator did not work!

Rooms were designed for one purpose, to accommodate people who want/need to spend as much of their time as possible in Grand Canyon. My only, but major complaint is lack of any (except coffee) kind of a menu for early breakfast service. The associated restaurant charges a Wopping $$11.50 for their buffet, while almost every hotel in the whole country now provides at least some items for a quick breakfast........ Red Feather should consider doing the same.

Clean, courteous staff, easy check-in/out. Convenient to bus stop to go to the Grand Canyon.
