Pros: location
Location: Location very good nearly everything in Walking distance
had to pay extra fees wich never happend with Expedia until this time. No staff around in the morning.

Staying in Flagstaff at a hotel that has been there for decades was just as expected. A clean room, but no frills for amenities.

Rodeway in downtown Flagstaff

I paid 157.00 thru Expedia.. upon check in, I asked to pay additional 20.00. There was no breakfast, no maid service, every time I went to front desk.. the same lady that seems to be from over seas (Afghan) didn't seem to care about the the guests or people in general.. please do not waste ur time n money here..

Great Budget Hotel

I have stayed here 6 times and will continue to use this hotel when in Flagstaff. Clean rooms with a coffee maker and microwave with a small refrigerator and free wi-fi. Its a basic room with a good basic price. The location is awesome as it is on the edge of downtown and all the shops and restaurants are within a few minutes walk. The reason I did not give 5 stars is it is a older property. Who cares its cheap, clean and downtown.

It's only a dollar 40 worth motel not a $190

As I paid $190 went with a great expectation but it was like any other cheap motel. Only warm water with small room, tiny toilet room, off campus parking all these shattered and I definitely not going there to stay or recommend any one paying huge price

Not clean, don't waste your money

Not clean, towels were old with stains and holes,frayed. Carpet was dirty, wall heater didn't work well. Horrible experience. I was charged $4 for taxes when I checked in. Thought I had already paid for those when I made the reservation. Parking lot not cleared of snow/ice, no snow melt was put down, really unsafe, very over priced, not worth. I think you call this a flea bag hotel. Wish I had taken photos.

You get what you pay for

You get what you pay for. Knowing this is next to the trains, multiple highways/roads, old and cheap...if you are going to barely be in the room this could suffice; as long as you're not on the 1st floor listening to the heffers above you.

Good hotel.

Pros: There was a microwave and refrigerator in the room.
Cons: No improvements required.
Location: It is only 2 blocks from the Amtrak station.
It was a quiet stay in a clean hotel. I walked from the Amtrak Station on a cold night and I was there in only a few minutes.

The room was dusty. Front desk unfriendly

Pros: Nothing
If not because we had to stay close by the Amtrak as our train arrived late, not recommended as the room was not clean and very dusty. The toilet was so small.

Positives about the place. the price is great. But the place is appropriate for the price. across the street from the train station, very close to downtown The negative about the place, after I paid hotels.com, the lady at the front desk wouldn't give me a key for the room until I paid an extra fee. I felt that I had paid for the hotel and now they want to charge me even more money than that paid for and agreed to price
