The room smelled badly of urine.

Title says it all. I didn't try to get a better room because by the looks of the hotel, it didn't seem like a room change would have been any better. I guess it's my fault for booking late. I just wish expedia would do a better job of filtering out these bad hotels. This place has a bad reputation according to the locals. Staff was very friendly and nice.

Tiny room and dump

Maybe the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The room didn't even have space for our luggage. The bathroom stunk and the door wouldn't close.. the entire room may have been 100 ft sq.. thry also charged us an extra 10.00 for utilities when we arrived.. brutal!!!!!!

overpriced

Pros: location
Location: Location very good nearly everything in Walking distance
had to pay extra fees wich never happend with Expedia until this time. No staff around in the morning.

Staying in Flagstaff at a hotel that has been there for decades was just as expected. A clean room, but no frills for amenities.

Old, dirty and no room service.

Manager charged me more than the price I booked it for, saying I should have paid for the room up-front online. Stayed 4 nights on business and never got any room service. Room was cramped, old, bedspread and carpet were old and stained. Sheets were clean though. You get what you pay for!

Old building, great location.

Pros: This hotel is located directly on Old Route 66 and is just steps away from the happening downtown scene. A cheap and great location.
Cons: Towel hooks on the back of the bathroom door would be helpful and a serious need for additional power outlets. The microwave and fridge had no power
Location: A short dirive away from the local ski resort as well as a lively downtown nightlife. Plenty of shopping and food walking distance.
After driving I-40 & Old Route 66 for two days, this was a perfect place to stop. With plenty of places for dinner and drinks within walking distance. Checked in late with a last minute booking and were pleased to find great shopping nearby when we woke up. This is a 'mom and pop' franchise where the staff really puts their heart and soul into their work.

Clean and great location

Small room but it was cozy. It is an old hotel but our room was very clean. The location is perfect for walking all of downtown Flagstaff. It is not to expensive and you get what you pay for. There is a $8 resort fee but this is no resort!

I paid 157.00 thru Expedia.. upon check in, I asked to pay additional 20.00. There was no breakfast, no maid service, every time I went to front desk.. the same lady that seems to be from over seas (Afghan) didn't seem to care about the the guests or people in general.. please do not waste ur time n money here..
