Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!Posted Oct 2, 2015
Pros: Nothing! Horrible.
Cons: Everything l listed, the owners don't care or take care of this place. They just want your money.
Location: The galaxy diner across the road is awesome, if you do stay, you must eat there.
Do not stay here if you have the choice. It's terrible. You will find your room that smells of cigarettes and other horrible things so it makes you feel very very sick as there is no fresh air. You will have your bed sheets covered in hair and crumbs, with yellow stained tiny thin pillows and a bed cover with holes in it. The towels they provide are crusty and hard. The bed is like a rock. This was the worst place we have ever stayed at and it will be yours too so please just avoid if you have the option. When we asked to use the laundry the lady said it was broken so they obviously can't clean anything. When we checked in another women staying there came down and asked for her sheets to be changed cause they had hair all over them, that should of been a sign to leave straight away... The women at the front desk didn't even say sorry to her and failed to show any empathy. She was also not presented well and wore casual clothes. They just don't care here, the hotel needs so many repairs and it's super run down.

Pros: outside appearance is better than inside.
Cons: Just throw away old bath towels and buy new....this is very simple thing.. and put new bed cover
Everything in the room was old and not fresh....bath towels are grey color, close to black than to white...used my own towel....but in common room wasn't dirty...

Pros: The cost was very cheap and the only appeal to the inn. I also liked the bed size.
Cons: The cleanliness standards could be improved and staff at front desk.
Location: Great location
Was a pretty average stay, its cheap which is the only reason I stayed there. There were black hairs on my pillow case when I arrived - disgusting. The location was great but had a terrible night sleep. In the morning had to leave my key in a box to check out, nobody at the front desk. Probably wouldn't stay here again but it did the job.

Never againPosted Sep 20, 2015
Paid for a king bed got queen or full, like a board. Door and windows didn't lock. Didn't know about the train, it runs all night long.

Worst place I've ever been toPosted Sep 12, 2015
We needed a place to stay for 2 nights, the place was so disgusting, uncomfortable and cold that it made me start getting sick after the first night. We tried to cancel the second night to get a refund and a week after we heard nothing from the hotel, it sounds more like they are avoiding us and lying. Never stay here, not worth it even if all you need is a bed to sleep at night.

Hotel in need of complete revisionPosted Sep 10, 2015
Cons: All indicated above in "experience"
Location: Good location - small town
Started with the highway sign indicating coffee available - no coffee - "old sign". Cramped rooms. Old CRT TVs. Stained furniture seats, furniture in need of repair or replacement. Odor in the room a combination of mold and bad plumbing. Bath tub resurfacing coming off. Safety mat in tub looks to have not been removed in a while. Non smoking room on second level overlooks area where people go outside to smoke and when they do the smoke makes it to the room. No services offered. Expensive booking - no breakfast, no pool, no nothing. Baseboards in need of repair. No individual containers of soap, shampoo, etc. Dispensed from bulk containers on the walls. Towels inferior, rough, and small.

crap holePosted Aug 31, 2015
Pros: the two beds were separated by a separate room
Cons: new mattresses ad fix everything the sign says newly remodeled could have fooled me it looked dated and old.
Location: it is near the grand canyon and walnut canyon and Sedona lots to see and do
the beds were horrible you could feel every spring. The ac did not work well at all took several hours to somewhat cool down. We were provided with one key for four people. We stayed two nights had no maid service asked for extra towels never received them. the garbage was not taken out for the two days we were there. When I asked about the maid service was informed we do not provide it for guests who stay multiple nights. The ice maker did not work.

Cheap but a bit dirty.Posted Aug 18, 2015
We booked it because it was cheap, but should have paid a bit more somewhere else. The sheets had weird stains on them so I asked for new ones at reception. These also had stains.. I guess it doesnt come off anymore when you wash it? Time for the motel to buy new ones then. Sheets were also too small, so my boyfriend and I were pulling on it all night. Good points: the bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and the WiFi was really fast.

The staff was very nice. I didn't see the breakfast advertised on the internet.
