worst hotel experience ever!

ARRIVED AT 430 AND ROOM WAS NOT READY, HAD TO WAIT 20 MINUTES OUTSIDE FOR IT TO BE READY. THEN PULLED BACK BEDSPREAD TO REVEAL TWO LARGE STAINS IN THE TOP SHEET FROM GOD KNOWS WHAT. WENT TO FRONT DESK TO ASK BED TO BE RE-MADE, FRONT DESK (WHO I THINK WAS THE OWNER) SAID THE MAID LEFT FOR THE DAY. HAD TO PUSH TO GET ANOTHER BEDSHEET, AND SHE SAID SHE WOULD LEAVE IT IN THE ROOM. WHEN WE GOT BACK FROM DINNER, NO BEDSHEET, SO I HAD TO GO BACK TO THE DESK TO REQUEST. SHE LED ME TO THE LAUNDRY ROOM, GOT A SHEET, WENT TO REMAKE THE BED AND THIS ONE HAD OLD BLOOD STAINS ON IT! WENT BACK TO THE FRONT DESK, WAS LED TO LAUNDRY AGAIN, ASKED FOR TWO SHEETS THIS TIME AND FINALLY WAS ABLE TO GET SOME SLEEP. NO APOLOGY, NO NOTHING. JUST AN EXCUSE THAT THEY GET LAUNDRY SERVICE SO HOW COULD SHE KNOW. BUT THE MAIDS WOULD NOTICE THESE STAINS. GROSS!
