Convenient place that is easy to get to. Nice as a place to sleep and shower when out and about exploring the areas around Flagstaff.

An OK hotel

Posted Aug 2, 2015
Pros: Flagstaff weather is nice.
Cons: Staff friendliness.
Location: Grand canyon, Sedona
Nothing much to be said about the hotel. Ample parkings and located near the freeway. Room itself is OK, not the best but nothing to complaint either - do not expect much for the price you pay. Only disappointment is the staff. Can be friendlier.

Dirty hotel

Posted Aug 2, 2015
Matress was disgusting with large stains. Beds were made messy. I was originally given room keys to someone else's room. And the train will wake you up every hour. Would pay an extra 20 dollars and stay elsewhere.

Fair hotel

Okay for the price, missed the fact that it had no pool. Continental breakfast was just that, nothing special

The pictures on Expedia that depicted the rooms were NOT at all like the real rooms in appearance. The outside was in poor condition, the stairs had worn carpet & you had to be careful when going to the second level. A disappointment, & my wife & I, if visiting Flagstaff again, would NOT stay there.

Cheap, no bed bugs,

Posted Jul 6, 2015
Pros: It was cheap, It was bed bug free. It had a fridge and microwave in the room.
Cons: Needs to be renovated, new beds, new fixtures, floors, paint, ect.
Location: Historic downtown, NAU, Movies great food, forest, skiing.
Clerk barely spoke english. Room was outdated, could have been a bit cleaner. many fixtures damaged in room, paint chipping on walls, air condition vent in bathroom falling of wall. Bed was not great, springs were activating pressure and pain points on body.
