A nice quiet stay.

Pros: the price is right. the value is good for a decent stay.
Location: Location is easy, close to highway. but not noisy.
Quick stay, just as expected. I like the fact it is pet friendly if we ever do travel with pets. No issues.

Forever staying in this hotel

Absolutely loved with place. Not only was the price incredible, but it was clean, safe, and spacious. Only problem was that we reserved a king-sized bed, however the lock on that room was broken so they moved to a double queen bed room. That didn't end up to be a problem at all because the queen beds were just as comfortable. They offered to move us back into another king bed room, but we decided to stay because we did not mind the queen bed room. This is the only place we are ever planning to stay and will be booking again soon. Thank you !

Oh boy!!!!!

Just being honest my experience was not good first of all, I got maybe three hour of sleep the room was cold had to pin the curtain shut the room was tiny cramped dirty one blanket, tried to watch tv it took awhile to find a Chanel that I didn't have to pay for, bathroom tiny towels have an grey hue and smell like smoke water was extremely hot or extremely cold but the staff was friendly and did a great job at trying to accommodate and make sure we had everything we needed. One the other other hand for the price you get what you pay for....

The room was ok but small. The amenities were ok just breakfast was sub par

train noise, can here everything through thin walls, I have been in outhouses bigger than the bathroom here

Good hotel on 66 route Flagstaff

Pros: Small room but confortable bed
Cons: space for breakfast is to small
Location: It is nearby to downtown but it is not easy to get I-40. Really, hotel is 2 blocks to freeway but the entry is 1.5 miles ago
There are a good hotel on flagstaff, breakfast is poor but the facilities and the staff were good

Check in staff and morning staff was NOT friendly

Cons: Better employee selection and/or training.
Was driving in from LA, at about 9:00 received a cell phone call wanting to know how long before I would be there. Room was prepaid. Upon arrival asked for any suggestions where to park a truck. They said in the parking lot! Upon check=out clerk was too busy visiting with a personal friend, than checking me out!

Barely adequate

Beds are full size not queen. One super firm, the other softer but with a significant dip in the center. Property is old with exposed and splintered plywood on second floor decking. Room was clean and bath linens were very nice. Breakfast was marginal: cold all carbohydrate dense items served in a very small lobby area without seating.
