Accommodations are a little dated, but roomy. VeryPosted Apr 3, 2015
Cayman Islands is just lovely for snorkeling and sea life. Lots of fish to see you right off the beaches. Definitely take the trip to stingray city and the Atlantis submarine ride. Many great restaurants for all appetites. Remember British so a bit pricy.

Beautiful, Central LocationPosted Dec 16, 2014
Pros: The location, and the fact that it was right on the beach.
Cons: It could have been cleaner. Also, we could have used more towels since there was no maid service.
Location: There were lots of restaurants nearby. Lots of bard within walking distance, and you can't beat being right on the beach!
No one is ever really in the office, but the place is great. It could have been a little cleaner.

Wonderful 9 day stay for Family of 4Posted Dec 6, 2014
2 BR oceanview condo was superb. Pros: Lots of room Clean & Comfortable In room router for great internet Property is right on the beach Rock-wall where the beach meets the water gives a protected snorkeling area Swim-up bar right on one side of the huge pool. Pool and snorkel area great for kids Hot tub was hot and great Location is near lots of restaurants, stores, etc, yet still peaceful and not crowded feeling in the property Expensive, but still felt is was a great value Friendly, helpful staff - didn't need to contact them, but felt they would have helped if needed. Cons: Cost of living in the Caymans is high, so excursions, groceries, and eating out are expensive. Driving on the other side of the road is scary at first. Rental car had the steering wheel on the other side.

Nice accomodations.Posted Nov 11, 2014
Cons: Shower could of been a bit cleaner. I wish our unit had better knives to cut veggies with.
It was great to be able to stretch out and not feel cooped up in a hotel room. We were able to cook our meals after scuba diving all day and not wanting to fuss with going out every night. The property is convenient to many places. Most of what we wanted was within walking distance. We did rent a car from Andy's Rentals. It 's so close we could walk to their location but they came and picked us up. Our unit was clean and nicely decorated. The property and the landscape are well taken care of. While we were there they were trimming the palm trees, one of the staff cut open a coconut so I could taste the milk. Pretty cool. I would recommend this place to others. Clean, convient, and not over priced.

Great condo on the best beachPosted Aug 31, 2014
Great ocean view (room #109) a few steps through the grass and you're walking in the sand. Best beach and biggest pool on Seven Mile Beach. 2010 beach renovation....large area enclosed by rocks makes it great for swimming, snorkeling...really great for families with young kids.

GREAT LOCATION NEAR GEORGETOWNPosted Aug 11, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff, comfortable, nicely decorated rooms, convenient to beach, pool, shops, snorkeling. Great location for exploring the area.
Cons: They could offer more shade umbrellas on the beach and poolside. They were at a premium during the hottest parts of the day.
Location: The location is ideal. We walked up the beach to pricier places and their beaches were crowded and small. Plenty of shops/food close by.
Just returned from an awesome stay at Sunset Cove Condos. They are located in a great location, the beach and protected cove are a real plus. We did some snorkeling out on the reef outside the cove and saw lots of fish, lobster, octopus. Iguanas are all over the grounds, spotting them in the palms became a game. The pool is large, not overly crowded and we never had a problem finding an open lounge there or on the beach (they could use a few more shade umbrellas though). The room was really nice. All new furniture, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, nicely decorated. Easy 10 minute walk to a large grocery store. We had a first floor unit near the Billy Bones Bar and were initially worried that the noise would be too much; however, they shut down the bar at a reasonable hour and the music was never a problem. Getting around was super easy with the public buses. If you are walking anywhere they tap their horn and you wave them down for a ride, around $2.50US per person.
