We were well received, great locate, easy to park, clean everywhere, great kitchen, easy access to beach, good to have washer and dryer. Had more than enough beach towels delivered every other day. Very happy with Grandview and would book again in a heartbeat!

Great location. Dock to the water. Rock and sandy beach. Playground for kids. Pool and hot tub. This particular one had a screened in porch that walked out to garden area which was very convenient. Quiet premises.

We loved the proximity to the beach (just walked out of our door and there it was). We loved the pool and hot tub. We really loved the fact that the property was never crowded. We frequently had the pool or beach to ourselves.

We had a wonderful stay here with our two children ages 8 and 4. We had a beachfront condo that was literally steps away from the beach. Snorkeling was great right out in front of the condo!! Pool and hot tub was very nice and clean and also very close to the room. Condo was perfect, had all the amenities that we needed. Grocery shopping, restaurants, and other activities were all very close and easy to get to. I would recommend renting a car, it was fun touring around. The property was amazing, never felt crowded, you almost felt like you had the place to yourselves on occasion. If you just want to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of the main 7 mile beach resorts, this is the place. Staff was also great!! We will be back.

The condo was lovely. The pool and grounds were well kept and employees and staff are great. Beautiful view. Not much beach area for swimming very rocky. There a lot of traffic where you have to walk to stores and restaurants. If you don’t mind driving on left a car would be good to see rest of island. However there are buses. All and all would recommend as a place to stay.

This was an absolutely beautiful property. They advertise that they’re close enough to everything but far enough away to be private is exactly right. The rooms were incredibly spacious and well appointed. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The grounds were immaculate and the pool well maintained (and we usually had it all to ourselves). Although the beach is rocky, sandy beaches are just a very short beach walk away. The best part of the beach is that it’s remarkably long and most times completely empty. Had our pick of lounge chairs, which are nicely placed, instead of jammed side by side in rows intended to cram as many people as possible. The location is incredibly convenient to everything and just so nicely secluded. We loved our stay here! Couldn’t be happier!

Loved the oceanfront condo that was literally 5 steps to the beach. Also loved the access to the cove nearby which was great for snorkeling. Grandview was a very family friendly environment that was a walking distance from everything. All staff members were nice. Only downside was there were a lot of mosquitos once you stepped outside of the protective screen doors.

We loved our stay at the Grandview. Condo was very nice and clean. Office staff was fantastic. They helped us pick great restaurants and outings. Loved the location - walking distance to restaurants but far enough away from crowds to really relax. Property is very well kept. You definitely need water shoes for the beach. It is rocky but there is great snorkeling. We highly recommend the Grandview.

We like the privacy, it was better then we expected. Kanisha was fantastic !!! The only thing that did bother us was the landscapers, they would get real close to us on the beach with the noisy equipment, kind of disrespectful But the thing they did that bothered us the most was they killed an Iguana by my kids and then asked them if they wanted to touch it!!! My daughter being an animal lover was very distraught!!! They should not do that , even if Iguanas are a problem..not cool!

We stayed the first week in December and had a great time. Our unit (822) was spacious and had a nice view of the water. Beach is a bit tough for swimming but great snorkeling. Just get some water shoes and you are good to go. Wonderful trees on the beach so you could spend the day and have some shade! The beach was quiet - we had it to ourselves most days. Staff very friendly and helpful with all of our questions and helped us book a snorkeling and stingray trip (HIGHLY recommended). All in all and amazing week...we will return. Mexican restaurant out in front is great!

The property is very conveniently located to George Town and the beaches of 7 mile beach. The staff were very helpful allowing us to use beach chairs and umbrellas, giving us information on attractions and restaurants. The condo was nicely furnished and of large size. It contained two bedrooms and two bathrooms. I would highly recommend staying at the Grandview.

Stayed on 7 mile beach many times, these are lovely condo's in a great location within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops and a major Kirk grocery store. Staff excellent and spotlessly clean.

Beautiful water, rocky beach
I love a good beach and have been to many. While the water in grand cayman is breathtakingly beautiful and there a spots of luxurious sand along 7 mile beach, the location of this condo was disappointing. The beach is incredibly rocky, from large boulders to pebbly sand that makes it unpleasant to walk and nearly impossible to wade out. We did not snorkle as we had our 2 year old with us, so that may be better. The condo was nice: spacious, great view anand all the amenities we needed. The office staff greeted us pleasantly and even brought our son a basketball since he showed interest in a flat one at the office. We did have issues with the hot water and since we were there for a long weekend and the office was closed, it took a while to get ahold of the on call manager. Overall, a pleasant stay, but we did not fall in love with Grand Cayman.

Although our beach is rocky the snorkeling is amazing past guests have mentioned that they saw turtles and all kinds of sea critters in the water while they were snorkeling. Yes the condos are lovely they are very spacious and comfortable. Our apologies for the issues with the hot water. The call was missed as it was late in the night. I'm glad we were able to call you back that same evening and assist you with resolving the issue. The grounds were very nice with great pool and manicured lawns. Quiet, and close to everything. Friendly staff that took care of couple of requests quickly. The unit was clean when we arrived but housekeeping schedule was confusing and we had to ask for clean bath towels at one point during our 10-day stay. Both of the bath tubs were clogged in our unit so water backed up during showers. One of the bathroom sinks too. Thought housekeeping would have noticed during their rounds and mentioned it to management. Unit could use some painting/repairs.

Our second time there, and we would love to come back. Excellent clean condos, not many people around, and a great beach to lounge on. Getting into the water is difficult, due to rocks, so it may not be the best place for children, but it's a terrific place to stay for a relaxing vacation for adults.

Very nice condo, loved sitting out in the lanai listening to the waves. Our Condo was well equipped and very clean. The grounds were well kept. The whole place was very quiet and we basically had the pool and hot tub to ourselves all week. The management was very kind and welcoming. She took care of all of our needs or request. Would definitely recommend

Great Stay!
First time condo rental. Worked out fabulously! Very clean, easily accessible to the rest of the island, very quite, great staff, and a well supplied condo were all enjoyed. Our visit was timed past “tourist season (November through April). Minimal cruise ships at port made it easy to get around and no need for reservations dining out made for a hassle free stay. Property is at lower end of SMB with excellent snorkeling practically right in front of condo. There are rocks along the shoreline, but they are easily accessible around. Just bring water shoes. Pool is very nice also. We ate breakfast and lunch at the condo when we weren’t on an excursion and went out for dinner each nights as restaurants weren’t crowded. Our favorites included Luca and The Wharf for fine dining. We went to Catch and heard great things about Calypso, but didn’t have the time to fit it in. Island is expensive, so be sure to bring your wallet. We found Grandview to be an excellent choice for our needs.

This condo is the last true gem on Seven Mile Beach. It might not be as fancy as the big complexes but it is as clean and private as you will find. The property is really well maintained. nice location, place needs maintenance
The location is nice and the condo is ok, but it has some issues, mainly with the kitchen. First- sugar ants everywhere! So, you need to buy ziplock to bag your food or you have to throw it out and buy more as it will be ant infested- this happened to us. Second- broken microwave- so we had to deal with asking for a replacement on and then 3 workers walking in and out of our condo all day doing repairs, which didn't work. After all that we were left with a gaping hole in the wall where the broken microwave used to be and a cheap dorm micro sitting on the counter taking up counter space, watched over the sugar ants. Not ideal. Next time I'd book elsewhere I think.

The delay with a new microwave was due to the newly purchased on being damaged and while we waited for a new one to come in I understand the counter top model may not have been the same. We had a great time at Grand View and would definitely go back. I’m just waiting for Hotels.com to refund us for the difference in price between the oceanfront room we paid for and the ocean view room that was available. I’m hoping they handle it quickly because the hold up does not appear to be with Grand View.

Great location
Excellent view and within steps of the beach. Due to the mix of permanent residents and units for rental it felt quiet and secluded from the crowds. The grounds, pool and spa were always maintained very well and the management staff was very accommodating and genuinely interested in insuring our stay was great.

Top Vacation Rental Choice in on Seven Mile Beach
Can't say enough about the Grandview Condo's. My wife and I spent a week in Unit 1021 and it was absolutely fantastic. The staff and Manager Kanesha were so professional and no detail was too small for them to attend to. The location is central to everything you want to do. I suggest that you rent a car ( we got a Jeep which is the best way to get around especially in the remote areas if you like to explore) and shop for supplies/food at the local "Kirk" market which is about a 10 minuet drive. Eating out at most places will cost and average of $80.00 so having a fully furnished condo will save you a ton of money. Eat like a local and you will save a lot of money. Chicken chicken is a great place for lunch, XQ's is fabulous for lunch or dinner and a 3 minuet walk from the condo. Ask Carolynn to make you a "mini Guiness " Happy hour is 5-7 . Best pizza on island. The upside down APPLE PIE will make you cry for more. Best we ever ate. ( Sorry grandma).
