They say that first impressions matter and it is true. My first impression wasn't great. I arrived at 4.30pm and couldn't find anyone. The office was closed, there was no note saying what I should do. I called the contact number and got an answering machine message telling me that the office hours are 9 - 5 (it was just after 4.30 remember) and that the office was now closed. It gave me an out of hours number, but no joy there either. I wandered around for about half an hour before I found anyone, by which time I was not best pleased and about to go in search of alternative accommodation. After that it was all plain sailing and the chalet was fabulous. It was such a shame it all started so badly.
