New owners took over hotel the day we arrived and previous owner clearly stopped taking care of hotel long before giving up possession. Room was ok except from hair all over shower/walls. Hot tub was closed due to water chemical levels being off. Pool should have been closed, stuff floating all over surface of water. I complained to staff about this and the next day the water issues were resolved. We were also upgraded to a suite the following day. Staff was very accommodating, new owners were polite and professional. Front desk worker Candace went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Good location close to everything. Price was reasonable for the quality of hotel.

The room was not very clean. The tub was damaged and the repair work was just okay. The hockey team staying there was so loud that I couldn’t sleep much of the night. Need to renovate

We checked in on Saturday afternoon and when we checked in, we were told the pool and hot tub hours. We returned to the hotel that night and wanted to relax in the hot tub as it was 11pm and had been a long day. Hot tub is open until midnight for adults. The hot ton was COLD! We went to tell the front desk and the employee was VERY rude. He looked at us like we were stupid and told us it hadn’t been working all day. I told him when we checked in that afternoon, we were specifically told the hours for the hot tub and no mention whatsoever that it wasn’t working. Made it sound like it was our fault for not knowing. No apology, no information if it would be fixed my the morning, no offer for a discount or partial (or whole) refund on room. Super rude! How hard would it be to put up a sign at the front desk or on the door to the pool to notify guests? There also was a loud “knocking” noise in the wall all night long. No idea what that was but very annoying.

Hi, We apologize for the mix up with the pool and hot tub. There was a sign posted on the door stating pool was shut down for cleaning and maintenance once we found out it was not warm. I also put a sign on the hot tub stating it was closed. We did not know about the issue until the next day. Again we are sorry for any inconvenience.

I was a disappointed in the property. It was pretty run down and could use some updates. Our curtains in the room were torn and therefore you could still see out the window when they were closed. We were on the first floor so that made me uncomfortable that someone could just look in the window while we were there. The bathroom was really needed an update and the blankets on the beds were very minimal almost just like sheets verses actual blanket or comforter. North Dakota at the end of November is cold and actual blankets would have been nice. The front desk staff were so nice and friendly!! For the money that we paid for the one night I expected the overall hotel to be in better condition.

It was very close to the hospital and easy to find. Plenty of parking. Subway fast food literally across the parking lot. Rooms were clean and staff was great.

Breakfast was good. Rooms dirty, smelly, musty and some mold. Can hear noise in hallway. TV didnt work. Paid $300 CD for 1 night is just ridiculous! Blankets and pillows well used!
