We love the Canada inn! Staff were very friendly however there was a couple hairs in the tub behind the shower curtain that really grossed me out. I tried to clean it as best As I could however have small kids that wanted a bath. We stay there a lot as we go to und games. Seemed like they were short on help possibly?

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Ordered 3 pizzas from Garbonzo's were good and made quickly even though they seemed quite busy. Even though menu in room said they delivered, had to go down and pick up because there were only 2 people working at the time, which was Saturday night around 9pm. The phone in my room was out of order so had to go down to front desk twice to get answers to my questions and had to go down and order my pizza in person.

I liked that I was able to stay right next to the Center for the event I went to! I didn't like that there was no ice machine on the 4th floor!

I wasn't able to check into my room until after 7pm as the cleaning staff was behind. I was offered a free pizza is compensation.... We were going for supper with family so that was useless.... Now I have to chase them for a mystery charge on my credit card that hasn't been removed yet.. First stay and I'm disappointed

I loved all the amenities. We had an absolute blast at the water park. We also had a wonderful meal at Aaltos with great service. Our room was nice, but I feel that it could have been cleaner upon arrival. The bed was super comfortable.
