The hotel staff does not like Expedia and expressed disgust with us for making our reservation with Expedia. They were rude and lied to us about our room being ready. The hotel is clean with good sized rooms and convenient to UND.

It is not that we do not like Expedia, it is that customers don't like when a change has to be made that they are told that they have to go through the original source of booking. Unfortunately, once that third party is added into the mix, all changes must go through them.
