Asked for extra blankets and a crib when I was checking in, both were brought up as we were just going up to the room.

Pros: The staff is very friendly. The breakfasts are great!
The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was awesome and the lady who runs the kitchen is the very best! Friendly and very accommodating. The downfalls...the heater ran loudly on and off all night. The blow dryer did not work. The shower head did not have any pressure or force.

Close to main road and shopping.

Easy check in and out. Staff very friendly. Breakfast plentiful. Room lots of room. We like coffee in our room big hit. Have stayed before and we shall again.

Disappointed

Cons: Customer service
Location: Close to mall and restaurants
The hotel staff does not like Expedia and expressed disgust with us for making our reservation with Expedia. They were rude and lied to us about our room being ready. The hotel is clean with good sized rooms and convenient to UND.

It is not that we do not like Expedia, it is that customers don't like when a change has to be made that they are told that they have to go through the original source of booking. Unfortunately, once that third party is added into the mix, all changes must go through them.

Check, double check & check again on location!

We got side-blinded with a 2-hour delay on there end for checking in so it did make an uncomfortable situation when we arrived to town. He did let us check out late tho 2 hours so that helped! Also when I booked hotel I called to make sure they were close to Ralph Arena they told me I could walk if it wasn't winter time, but it ended up being farther from there than we expected!

It was clean but we were not impressed with the check in service. We were told we could check in at 3pm. We tried at 3, but they told us they had no rooms ready. It was almost 4:30pm before we could check into our room. Other than that, it was nice.

Well...... It isn't as nice as other Counry Inn and Suites. No hot water in the morning for a shower.

I ended up needing an additional night for a medical procedure. The staff quickly added an extra night to my reservation, same room! They even called the Taxi for me to get to my procedure, as I couldn't drive after. Front desk staff went above expectations!
