Spacious, Clean, Comfortable

Pros: The bedding and the window that opened
Cons: Nothing
Location: This hotel is a short drive to many shops and restaurants, but the hotel offers room service meals for lunch and dinner.
Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The linens were very nice and the pillows and bedding were very comfortable. The room was impeccably clean and the windows opened slightly The breakfast was very plentiful and even had cut up fresh fruit.

Nice hotel comfortable and quiet

Had a restful time which was what we wanted. Great pool area to relax in. Breakfast was terrific. Larger hotel with a small hotel feeling. Everyone friendly. Would stay there again.

Great Quick STAY!

Cons: Only downfall was needs a update on there furniture.
Location: Lots of shopping near buy, We ordered pizza ranch for supper it took about a hr even though it's right down the road, it was however very very good!
Was in town for a doctor appointment, room was large enough for 3 children!

There was a dead fly on our bed and 1 on the bathroom counter. Arrived around 9 pm and had to wait about 10 min before someone was at the check in desk. Continental breakfast was one of the betters ones I have eaten at.

Cons: More customer assistance Move the cigarette dumpster to the far side of the blg, not just to the west of front door! Smoke wafts right to front door
Desk clerk was of no assistance in cancelling my room - told me to go through Expedia, which office in turn had to call the hotel anyway. Such a run around with that!

We apologize you thought the front desk was not helpful in canceling your reservation. Unfortunately, that is the process when you book through a 3rd party. They must be notified first, since that is who you booked through, but yes, they do call the hotel to pass on the cancellation. Any notifications of cancellations must come from the customer, and cannot be relayed through the hotel. Next time, you are more than welcome to book through the hotel directly to make any changes or cancellations easier to process.

Pros: The room was a good size, comfortable and clean. The breakfast food was really good and the selection was excellent.
Cons: A few of the'clean' towels had some darkish marks on them so they didn't actually seem clean. The shower curtain was too small so the floor got wet.
Overall it was good but upon check in the desk person was insistent that we give him a CREDIT card to swipe, even though the sign clearly posted at the desk said Credit OR Debit card could be provided.

We are happy to hear you enjoyed the breakfast and room size. While you may certainly pay however you want, we RECOMMEND providing a credit card at check in so that you may choose to pay a different way at check out as many people do. If you provide a debit at check in, your card is charged the second it is swiped. That is what the sign is informing you of.

Great breakfast and close to the main shopping. It was such a great place to stay and quiet considering there were children and lots of people. Extremely satisfied!

We stay at Country Inn & Suites because of the family suite. Front desk staff need additional training ~ the long term staff was training a new employee when we checked in; hopefully this new staff won't pick up the same bad habits. Breakfast was good - friendly staff in that area. Hotel common areas and room were clean - only issue was dry blood on blanket (see pic).
