Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. We checked into the hotel at 5pm and at 6pm decided to leave to go out to dinner. The parking lot had not been plowed and upon trying to leave- - our car (which had new tires) could not make it out of the parking space because of how much snow was in the lot. When I spoke with management, I was informed their plow service did not operate on Sundays. When I demanded they find a service to help with my car, they declined. And yet, with in an hour, a plow service was clearing their lot. Not once did management approach me and offer to help with my car. Very disappointing. I expected more from a Hilton property.

Great stay but the pool could use a cleaning! And the breakfast buffet could be better.

Good hotel close to the University of North Dakota

It was convenient to walk to UND’s Aerospace Center, hotel was clean, comfortable, bed was a bit too soft, food we had was not great, hamburgers were burned.

Ok not Great

Pros: Location to the College was good and to the activities we were there for. We had stayed there before in the summer and had a better room and stay.
Cons: Staff need to be concerned when Guests let them know of a problem not just brush it off. Also be aware of the needs of guests when the make a request
Location: University of north Dakota is close by a lot of city parks skating in winter ,Good local places to eat , Ground Round, Tilted pint
Room was ok , night stand was loose and tilted down so you could not really use it. when I asked they said it was like that in a lot of room an said it was due to remodeling they did not seem to concerned. When I asked about a late check out they said they could not say yes until they spoke with cleaning staff, as Hilton Gold I have never heard of this, so I just checked out on time. Hotel was ok but nothing to brag about . I am always greeted as a valued Hilton owner but not here or Hilton Honors but not here. Over all there are a lot of other choices in this Grand Forks , North Dakota area I will try them next time.

Nice room, great location

Stayed for 4 days getting my son settled in at UND. Very comfortable room, very quiet - I never heard my neighbors the entire time. This will be our go-to when we visit UND.

We would stay here again, The hotel has easy access to events, is close to restaurants and shopping.
