The hotel isn't well maintained. No room service even if you ask for it. They ran out of food during Breakfast. Avoid it and get another hotel one in the area.

I would give this a 5 stars as the hotel room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable enough. The lady who checked us in was pleasant. There are lots of restaurants and it's it walking distance to a lot of things. HOWEVER I did not appreciate housekeeping scaring the crap out of us & trying to break into our room at 8:30-9am when check out is at 11am...?

The staff were great and hotel was clean. Continental breakfast was very good, pool was old and hot tub was small. The bed and bedding were not great.

Because of an unexpected blizzard, we ended up staying an additional night. The staff was very friendly & helpful in fulfilling our requests. Hot breakfast was great.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was in need of some updating especially the pool area. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. We were on the first floor and there was a chime that went off every time someone moved in the front lobby. Very annoying. Otherwise great stay for the price.

Has everything you need, but could use a fresh up
The Quality Inn Hotel overall was an affordable stay. It could use some renovations and updates, but our room was clean and everything was functional. What was not so good, it was very noisy at night. You could hear people walking on the top floor. And then somebody vacuuming the hallways at 2am!?!

Won’t Stay Again
Dirty. Smelled like someone had lived and died in the room. We tolerated because we were too tired to fight it. Beds seemed clean. Bathroom floor hadn’t been cleaned, tub hadn’t been cleaned, shower head was gross … place is just getting very rundown. Plug ins in the walls made me nervous to even use. The shower water was hot.
