Just okay went back and forth twice for anytime fitness neither key worked gave up. Shower wouldn't drain. Hot tub not that great

Clean and comfortable

Pros: It is close to everything we needed, clean and comfortable rooms, and a great breakfast.....
Cons: My husband and I both commented that there needs to be a light above, just inside the door. there is a full length mirror there and no light.
Location: The mall is out the front, within walking distance. It is a great location to anything,.
We were in town for a short time to attend a wedding. Our flight was scheduled to arrive way before check-in. After we got some lunch it still was too early for check in but we asked anyway. The staff was wonderful and allowed us to check into our room. We were able to get a nap in before we had to meet our family for rehearsal. Wonderful customer service.

Pros: When checking into the hotel the service was friendly and fast.
Cons: Security
Location: The Quality Inn location had easy access to shopping and restaurants.
When first entering the Quality Inn we had no issues. The service at the front desk when first checking in was pleasant and fast. However on Saturday evening we had an individual trying to enter our hotel room. We explained to this person that he had the wrong room, he then went away. A short while later my husband & I left, but when we came back we found a post-it note along with new ID cards telling us our room key cards have been updated. Instantly I panicked and hurried into the room to see if anything was missing. Luckily for us all our property seemed to be in place. I then went down to the front desk to inquire what would prompt them to tape a post it note along with new key cards on our room door for all to see. They didn't really have an answer for me other than the one individual saying he thought this would be easier. Later that day my husband and I went out again. When we came back to the hotel we could not access our room with our key cards. My husband went down to the front desk to inquire. They asked him how many nights we were staying and then issues him new key cards.

quick shopping trip

Pros: Centrally located, reasonably priced
Cons: Toilet ran for quite awhile but eventually stopped
Location: Close to main drag, to the mall
Standard breakfast on the go, nice eating area. Coffee available 34/7. Clean room.
