Stay could have been better. Below average breakfast buffet. A/C broke mid stay..had to ask twice for follow up. Laundry and dryer machines suboptimal.

I apologize for your issues- Our breakfast was always a pay breakfast until just lately - I hope you seen both sided. this has been an issue. Being a new free continental breakfast it is always changing and adding new items. We hope you stay again.

nice hotel, shows some wear

I was disappointed when I was wanting to check out at 3:00 A.M.in order to catch an early flight and couldn't find a desk clerk for thirty minutes despite having been assured there would be someone there the night before

I am sorry you had issues- Our night person does set up the free Continental breakfast and deliveries to to guests, Expedia guests all have express check outs because a receipt is given on-line. We hope everything else was okay.

Rough room

Security side door not locked. Beds very hard, but good variety of pillows. Bathroom sink plug not attached to pull on faucet but just sitting at angle in drain. When removed so sink would drsin, sink wouldn't drain. Base of showrr soft and "gave" while standing in shower. Ceiling above shower covered in thick spackle but not retextured. Air conditioner controls dirty.

The Pool, Lobby and Bar were very nice. The hallways leading to the rooms and the rooms themselves were pretty bad. The smell was probably the worst part. Like a toilet and dumpster mixed with a cigarette smell. It claims to be non smoking but the odor did not support that. My room had a huge gap on the bottom of the door..You could literally put your hand under it. No screen and my very thin window that was slighly opened on ground level. I had a room right next to the exit door that slammed pretty regularly. I checked out early and stayed somewhere else for the remainder of my stay in GF. I chose this hotel for allowing pets, next time I'll get a dog sitter and stay somewhere nice. I paid 157.00 to expedia for a 2 night stay plus a additional $20 for my dog who weighs less than 5lbs (which I only stayed one because the smell was disgusting and traveling as a female alone did not feel safe in my own room).

Not the Best

Pros: The staff was friendly.
Cons: Updating.
Location: Not applicable to us. We were there simply as a place to sleep and then continue on.
The hallways smelled, The parking lot was full of potholes. The perimeter doors were not secure.

There was a lot of noise with people stomping and slamming doors. Bathroom door in the room was stiff to close.

Lovely staff, filthy room. It was dusty in the bedroom, moldy in bathroom. Walked past an open room that was being cleaned, and the toilet brush was on the carpet In the middle of the floor. Yuck!
