There’s not a lot to do in the area unless you drive but the few times we’ve stayed here have been fine. Nothing amazing but a decent size room, breakfast and coffee in the morning, it’s clean and the staff is efficient.

Great hotel

Clean, well maintained, staff was friendly and helpful. Good breakfast options. Had tortilla chips and wraps out to make burritos/tacos. Quiet room. Good beds and pillows.

Great place to stay in Grand Forks

Great hotel, comfortable beds and pillows. Smart layout in 2 queen room with trundle bed! Breakfast could have more selection and be extended to 9:30 or 10am.Close to shopping, Target, Walmart, restaurants. Lovely stay!

It was a perfectly great hotel. It was unfortunate timing that there was constant noise (construction and other work) going on while I was visiting. Still an awesome hotel!

My daughter and I were in Grand Forks for a little weekend getaway and were looking for a nice, but budget friendly place to stay for a night. The SpringHill Suites did not disappoint. The hotel lobby was immaculate and we were greeted and quickly assisted by the person at the front desk who even took the time to ask if I had a preference in floor. Our room was spacious, modern, and very clean. Although it was just the two of us, the room would have easily accommodated my husband and other 2 children as well. Although we didn't take advantage of the fitness center or pool, both looked just as welcoming as the other common areas of the hotel. Parking was ample and a spot easily found even after returning to the hotel late in the evening. The next morning we went down to the lobby for breakfast, which is served during a 3 hour block, and were met with a tidy, well stocked breakfast area and plenty of seating. The number of options were comparable to other hotels I've stayed at were breakfast was included, but the quality was better than what I've often experienced. The only criticism I have is that the employee that was managing the breakfast area was very obviously having a bad day as I overheard and was on the receiving end of some commentary that felt very unnecessary. Checkout was as smooth and friendly as checkin. Overall an excellent experience and we will definitely be making reservations here in the future.
