I was here for basketball. The property manager Ronnie cancelled my reservation “through Expedia” without notice. I arrived to check in, but instead spoke to a hostile Ronnie because he could not provide proof of his correspondence with Expedia. He told me no one was staying at the hotel since the water did not work at all, within the entire facility. I watched several guests go to their rooms without delay. I also spoke to the guest about their water, that worked fine.

The hot water tanks didnt work had no hot water! No service for rooms, and they have bed bugs!!! Had to move motels n was oht of pocket 300$ then they charged my debit card again after i was already gone!!

I arrived 3 am with my son, the door was closed. It’s was freezing outside. I kept calling the number on the paper that they left in the front door for customer. They never picked up the phone call. Thank you GOD the amazing Dragon Fly Inn & Suites was open and had a room.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This location is ran by live in drug addicts so watch your credit card and belongings. They have no hope and don't care about the customer's. I was in town on business after a long hard days work 16 hrs just wanted to wind down & relax which it never happened. Check in took almost 2 hrs because the front desk staff was so high on drugs & alcohol they couldn't work the computer so they called down the manager who also lives there he was in even worse shape obviously high on meth & not in condition to do his job either. Finally after some of it all wore off 2 hrs later I get in my room & the tv didn't work also the room was filthy. I asked for a refund did not get it because I booked it t non refundable. I didn't care and left anyway . The staff working wasn't even dressed appropriately literally wearing dirty pajamas & slippers. They're attitudes towards guests including myself was even worse then all that! None are professional & they are very inappropriate, disgusting people as well as the property. Just keep moving on to a better place I suspect this place will be shut down soon with all the drug use ,filth and bad customer service.

The hot tub was not working, the room had not been cleaned, there were no towels in the room, no cups or coffee makers in room, found 3 roaches in the bathroom, and there is no breakfast

This property should be an embarrassment to Expedia , and the city of Hastings! Expedia should drop this property from its listings; Motel 6 should be equally embarrassed to have their corporate name associated with this property and should also pull their name from the property! No right minded person should stay at this property! Where is the corporate oversight of simple customer service, quality, cleanliness with Expedia and Motel 6! You both should be highly embarrassed to have this property listed !

Stay was ok, Bathroom faucet HARD to turn on and off, about needed a crowbar. chair in room COULD NOT be raised, about like sitting on the floor. NO wash cloths in bathroom, NO shampoo. Toilet seat slides sideways! In the hallway ceiling tiles had fallen and NO ONE picked up in the 2 days! Beds were quite comfortable.

The outside of the convention center made me wonder what I was getting into but after I was in the front desk was having problems with the computers took 45 min. The room was very nice.for comfort and cleanliness.

The rooms were horribly hot when we first got there. They never came to clean our room while we were gone during the day. I had to ask for fresh towels everyday and got told they didnt have very many left everytime i did. Ended up jist going to walmart and buying my own towels and wash cloth the last night we were there so i knew that we had clean towels to use to shower with. I also had to ask the front desk for some trash bags so that we could clean up some of the trash we had in our room since they never came around to clean our room. They also told us that we couldn't have food or drink inside the pool area when there were other guests that had drinks in the pool area the night before and they didnt say anything to them. Overall very disappointed in our stay.

Last minute booking and price was great for 2 queen beds. When we got our room we were told it was directly across from the pool and my fear was the noise level would be extremely loud as the pool is inside and the entire building echoes. That was not the case. We got in the room and the noise was almost non-existent. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean with all necessities. Our room also had a mini fridge and microwave. The hotel was easily accessable and no fees collected at check-in for incidentals. We will be staying here again if ever back in the area!

The facility itself is amazing! I had never been in a Motel 6 that was this large or had such an open interior for recreation, meetings, etc. However, the rooms were not adequately prepared for the number of patrons they were supposed to serve (only one towel & washcloth for a double queen room, no blankets or bed-spreads on the beds, only one working light in the room near the bathroom, etc)) and the night staff was nowhere to be found. There was a handwritten paper on the desk that said they had stepped out and to call this number 8:00PM, which we did and they said they were on the roof and would be right there, but it took upwards of 10 min. The desk was unoccupied for the 2 hours after we arrive as I tried to get towels, lightbulb, etc. There was also no one at the desk when I tried to turn in my key the next morning upon our departure at 7:00AM. The pool was also amazing, but had very few towels for swimmers to use and needed the surrounding area vacuumed, as there was lots of debrie on the carpeted areas.This motel has so much potential, but needs someone who cares about the rooms and the customers!

Saweet stay, great find, unexpected.
Great stay. Best motel 6 in the country! Large hotel with lots of space. Safe area with walking, biking paths. Great tv setup with lots of channels.

I'm beyond exhausted from this experience...check in was lengthy, toilet was non working so had to move rooms, new room had zero garbage cans. Attempted to swim but zero pool towels and the pool was dirty. Hotel advertised hot breakfast but I discovered after asking only had coffee. The hotel room was like a sauna and took 4 hours to cool down enough to attempt sleep! The icing on the cake?? I so wonderfully discovered at a 2am bathroom trip, they had roaches! Never again. This hotel should be removed, I am beyond frustrated this was listed with Orbitz and had I known I would have never booked this.
