Great Service

Had a great stay at Fairfield Inn. Checked in early with no problems. Room was clean. Wife needed more firm pillows in order to sleep and staff brought them right up to the room. Breakfast was nice. I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling thru Grand Island NE.

Shower was really high. Booking with a third party made check in difficult.

Our Favorite Hotel in Grand Island

We have stayed at this Fairfield in a number of times. It is our first choice of places to stay when traveling to Grand Island. In fact,, we've stayed there twice in the past month. Comfortable accommodations at a fair price and the continental breakfast is superb....something for everyone! You can't go wrong here!

Horrible night/evening manager Rude!!!!!

Never have i been treated a poorly as this trip. Our traveling party had 8 families. We went out for supper and returned to the hotel at 10:00. our kids wen to the swimming pool. The adults went to the common meeting area. Within 5 min The night hotel shift manager and the police arrive to tell us that we must vacate the area and kicked our kids out of the pool. The police said we were doing nothing wrong, and we explained that we just go there. but this witch of a worker kept at it. funny thing she reimbursed 1 of our travelers for their room, but the next day the general manager refused to do anything for the other guest. Stay away from this hotel.

Nice hotel for a city of 50,000 people

It was a very nice hotel located close to shopping and restaurants the pool was nice and the exercise area too.would stay again the staff was alright would recommend it to family and friends
