“no early check in .a 25 charge when the property was ready at 2 the wifi was never resolved it did not work the chairs outside was broke could not enjoy the view on themvery worn out mattresses every one complained it was even the chair when you walk in has seen better days back in the 80s for the price we was charged I felt a little ripped off verry dissapointed from other places I have stayed at in grand isle I dont mind paying for a stay but the charge should feel like you are fair and I can……

“We had a great stay at the Presidential Palace property. The home is very spacious and was fantastic for our group of six on the island for a fishing trip. Great location on the beach with wonderful views. Check in and check out were very easy and we had everything we needed. Thank you and we hope to book again in the future.”

“The place is amazing the only issue was there was construction next door so we had noise from 7am to 5 every weekday. Not really a big deal but would have been nice to know prior. The area was so pretty and all the people were friendly and helpful Would recommend and we would go again. 10/10”

“I was headed to Grand Isle for a birding trip and stayed overnight in Golden Meadow as the hotels on the Island were expensive and most wouldn't book a one night stay. Southern Breeze Lodge was perfect in every way, from the friendly ladies in the office to the clean room, comfortable beds, and convenience of having a gas station, GoBears Grocery and Noble Roman's Pizza all within walking distance of the lodge! I recommended it to all my fellow birders and will definitely stay there again.”
