Nice place to stay, lots of amenities.

Posted Apr 4, 2018
Pros: Location, room size and small kitchen.
Cons: Softer towels, firmer pillows and definitely an ICE MACHINE!
Location: Lots of restaurants, shops and grocery within walking distance. Close to Colorado National Monument and a few other local attractions.
Checkin staff and all staff throughout very friendly and helpful. Room was large, clean, and comfortable. Our only suggestions would be SOFTER towels, firmer pillows and ice machine. The room had a two burner kitchen, with sink, large fridge and all the utensils/cookware needed. However, the ice maker in fridge was slow, and did not make enough ice "overnight" for our needs. It's turned off in between guests, and suggested to "turn off" while in room since its VERY LOUD. Well, if we turn it off to avoid the loud noise, and YES it's really loud, then we would have had no ice. In fact, there's a sign on the fridge saying "turn off ice maker to avoid loud noise". Crazy, right??? The towels were like sandpaper, very hard, the hardest ever...too bad cuz they were nice thick towels. A little softener goes a long way! All the pillows were soft, not one was firm of the 4 pillows on our queen size bed. A variety would have been better. All in all, it's a nice hotel, in a nice area, close to shopping and restaurants and a City Market within walking distance for grocery items! Would recommend and would stay there again. hoping that pillows, towels and ice machine added. FREE breakfast would have been nice too, considering similar hotels in the area offered free breakfast and lower hotel rates.

Quiet Extended Stay Hotel

Posted Mar 21, 2018
Pros: Quiet, extra kitchen amenities, comfortable bed.
Cons: Add electrical outlets to nightstand.
Location: Near Mesa Mall and large movie theater.
I only stayed here for one night for a conference but I was pleased with what I got for the price. The check in staff was nice and when I asked for a top floor she changed my room. It was one of the more quiet hotels I've ever stayed at. I don't think I hear another patron the whole time. The bed was comfortable (more on the soft side) with lots of pillows. There was a kitchenette I barely used including a full-size fridge. The bathroom was clean and modern looking. Unless you need to be right on I-70 or near the airport this is a great place to stay in Grand Junction.

Low Price For High Quality Stay

Posted Jan 3, 2018 on Hotels
Great stay! Recommend to anyone who wants to stay in the Grand Junction area for a low cost and high quality service. It's not near the downtown area, but there's a market nearby, a movie theater and the mall is also close. The only downside to our stay was a drunken old man being loud with his wife. But overall definitely recommend!

Very Nice for the price! Room was very spacious with a full kitchenette, regular refrigerator in the room! This hotel would have been superb if there was some kind of a breakfast offered.

This is a great place. I love the kitchenette in case you want to cook something. Grocery store and lots of restaurants and mall on same street. It has a DVD player in the room and complementary movies at the front desk. I was only staying just the night so I did take advantage of all the amenities. It's really designed for a weekly stay. Very comfortable and relaxing.

Pros: Clean, close to grocery stores & theaters.
Cons: Only two each of utensils?
Location: Within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, and theaters
An extended-stay property with clientele that won't scare you when passing them in dark hallways. All kidding aside, this is a well-managed hotel with reasonable rates and clean, comfortable rooms. Rooms have a minimal kitchen area.
