Cheap stay. Breakfast is a good variety. Took was kind of stinky. Like it was once smoked in. Building is a little dated but would stay again.

The room had a horrible smell of cigarettes. The room was clean though. I would ask for another room in the future because of the cigarette issue.

This property served our needs well. We needed a day off from travel to do our laundry and just take a day off. The staff were very helpful. Needed to get our room moved, between our two nights because we extended. They were willing to let us stay in the same room but for some reason I was not able to sleep in that room, and just felt a different room would be better for me. They were very accommodating. It's nice to have an elevator to be able to get our things upstairs. Rooms for clean beds were comfortable, breakfast was fine.

Front desk was friendly, helpful and professional. Room was clean, location was convenient. Great amenities including pool tables, Pac Man, pool and hot tub. Typical motel breakfast but with professional and courteous service. Would certainly stay here again.

Staff was very nice, hotel clean & comfy, breakfast had a nice variety of food. The outside of the motel looks a little bland, generic, not as inviting but everything else was fantastic.

Staff was very kind and helpful, and the facilities and rooms were very clean. There did not seem to be any overseeing of the pool/hot tub and the first night we were there it was overrun by unsupervised kids, yelling and being unsafe for the evening hours. At one point there were more than 10 squeezed into the hot tub, and kids in life jackets jumping in and out between hot tub and the pool. Luckily the other nights were better and we were able to enjoy these amenities (the reason we picked this hotel was the access to pool and hot tub). Beds were terribly uncomfortable, by far the most uncomfortable mattresses I have come across in hotel stays. I don't think they were old, just cheap. Our room did not have a window, which I didn't realize was even a possibility until we had already checked in and I didn't want to bother the very nice ladies at the counter. Our door opened up to the hallway, and then we had a sliding door that opened up to another inner hallway overlooking the common area. There was no way to get any natural light in whatsoever without anyone walking by being able to see entirely into our room, and no way to get fresh air. Lastly, the heating/cooling system was extremely loud, even turned at the lowest setting. When we tried to just switch it to "off" it sounded like a toilet running, which was even worse, so we left it on low during our stay. Location was great, parking was easy. Breakfast was good each morning and all of the staff was very friendly.

The older ladies working the front desk very rude an actually laughed at some of the questions I asked them . A the rooms definitely need work …dirty curtains large marks on headboard,bathroom ceiling in poor shape possible mold . Large groups of adolescents running up a down stairs an hallways . Yelling a playing .

We always stay here when we fly out of Grand Junction airport. Pros: Comfortable beds and affordable rates, with free extended parking. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Good breakfast. Cons: The bathroom needs updating. Noisy neighbors and dogs barking in the room next to ours. Air conditioner/heater was hard to control the temperature.

We stay at this property alot. We had previously asked that the clock radio alarm be replaced in a specific room because it didn't work but it was not. We stepped on two single edge razor blades that were laying in the hallway going to the indoor pool so extreme danger of cutting a foot. Two younger girls were running the interior hallway for over three hours while numerous guests called the desk and complained to no avail. Stay was a bit frustrating

Great location for trips for families with kids and teens. But that does also bring the normal issues with places that have a lot of kids staying there. Great stay overall.
