Great staff; smelly room

Bed sagged by headboard; room smelled like smoke. Staff was quick to being air freshener. Dog friendly property - dog stains on carpet

A beautiful, remodeled, and clean motel!

Pros: When we arrived, we found that their check-in time is actually 4PM - not 3PM as they advertise.
Location: Beautiful area!
This was a great experience. I had a king bed room - and it was beautiful! Everything about it was top notch. Really enjoyed it!

A bit dated, but great for our layover. Staff very nice. Comfortable beds. Chocolate chips for the waffles would have been nice.

OK hotel, design outdated

Pros: Nice service, clean sheets, clean room, clean hotel, comfy mattress.
Cons: Definitely outdated, needs a remodel. But other than that, just better breakfast menu.
Location: Middle of Grand Junction, pricy gas station near by.
The hotel was OK but I can't say it's any better than that. The pool looked pretty nice, but didn't go in. Hotel service pretty friendly. The breakfast wasn't the best, but at least they have something. The offer is just comforting as it is. The room is outdated, 60's design everywhere. To expensive for its looks. But the location is nice, towards the center of town. After all, it's just an OK hotel.

Nice Place

Pros: Room was clean and breakfast was good.
Cons: It would have been nice if they had elevators instead of dragging baggage up stairs.
The hotel was nice clean. The breakfast was good and very roomy. Atrium was very impressive

Perfect for a family! GREAT SERVICE

Pros: convenience, price
I never have written a review before for a hotel, however, this one deserves it! I stayed 2 nights with my family for a swim meet in town. We arrived at the busiest time-- check in. I saw that there were several people in line to check in and I waited a good 10 minutes while everyone was being served. I thought that I would get to the front and hurry up and get my keys and go. The front desk woman was SO nice and patient and even with a line of people went through every detail about breakfast (which was GREAT!!!) and the pools (which is indoor and outdoor- each with a hot tub and GREAT for kids) and places to eat. It was a great experience from the moment I arrived- BRAVO on your customer service minded staff!
