When you arrive and unpack, go to the bathroom and find mice droppings out in the middle of the floor, nothing is going to help your mind set. This is an overpriced $25 a night hotel. No, I would not be recommending this place, and will not staying here again.

The service was good. The property and facilities needs updating. The hot tub was nice and hot but really needed to be updated. The breakfast was good. All in all the stay was good. Just whole facility should be updated to be more appealing. Price was great!

Noise started about 12:30am someone beating on a door then someone yelling profanities. This went on for 45 min, my wife called the desk they said they would send someone up. During all of this the fire alarm was going off. Part of this went on until 2:30 when things Down. Woke up cold in room at 7 am heater was not working. Breakfast was good as well as coffee.

We did check the heater in the room you stayed in, the heater functioned with no issues. We apologize you experienced an issue with it.

The indoor pool and hot tub are nice in winter. Beds are nice, heater worked great, fridge/micro in room. Close to interstate/Colorado National Monument and groc stores/pharmacy/gas stations/restuarants. Breakfast has hot items as well as cold, however the eggs/potatos/sausage were quite bland. The lemon water in lobby tasted bad, like they hadn't changed in awhile. Not sure if this is standard procedure now, but had to pay to check in 2 hours early (although they said $50 and only charged me $25). Staff were very nice.

Mostly Satisfied. Wouldn’t take much to be better
I just felt a bit disappointed with the hotel. Pool and hot tub closed. (My fault, should have called first…Hotels.com need to make a way for hotels to report the current operating status as too many times I show up to a place and pool is “closed for maintenance”.) Secondly the breakfast was gross. No coffee. Waffle had a strange “twang” to it. Ended up throwing away food and getting breakfast elsewhere. On a positive note, hotel was mostly clean, front desk personnel were super friendly and quick, and my room was spacious. In summary, for the price I paid I was satisfied; however, will look at other hotels in area next trip.

We sincerely apologize for the confusion with the pool and hot tub. As the room they are in is not heated, they are kept covered to keep the heat in. Desk staff uncovers them when guests are ready to use them.

Room was alright ~ toilet was 18 inches from the floor ~ a bit low for someone who is 6 foot tall ~ but I guess for a kid would be alright. Staff seemed to be in a slow motion pattern ~ Breakfast was alright ~ sausage was a touch under cooked but simply finished it in microwave. Two coffee "pumpers" and both ran out with 8 people in room. Staff slowly checked and refilled breakfast items. Never spoke unless confronted by guest.
