They charge you $14 to park overnight in a small town with literally nothing around that would make a hotel charge an overnight fee.

Overall a great stay for passing through town, price was great but hit you 14 bucks to park
I have stayed at this hotel almost every single time i go to Grand Junction. There is a parking fee now but I feel that is ok, compared to most hotels in the area it feels the safest and is usually the cheapest too. The staff has always been great every time too especially this most recent visit! I personally love this hotel.
There is a hidden fee for parking at the hotel. $12 or so. They make you think the room is a good competitive rate and then tack that on top. Very irritating.

I wasnt told ahead of my stay that i had to pay and extra $14.00 to park my car in their lot!! Absolutely absurd!! When I questioned the front desk, she blamed Expedia and was very put off by my question and brushed it off.
Our room had paper or tissue on the floor and the bathroom was not swept.. Stay anywhere but here!
Rooms and property were clean and well kept. Ask for extra towels. 2 beds/2 towels, so I'm assuming 1 bed/1 towel. We had 3 people in our party. The place will nickel and dime you into $200/night. There's a $14 fee for overnight parking. Breakfast that's no better quality than the free breakfast elsewhere will cost $20 /plate, including the limited buffet. There's better choices at better prices all over the area.
Pool area not cleaned very well. Water murky, trash through out pool area and pretty sure a baby had a diaper blowout on the edge of the pool wall. Restaurant on the main floor that has loud live music every night. You have to pay for parking nightly $14 a night. Parking lot is very tight. My vehicle was hit in the lot and by paying for said parking I agreed to their terms that they’re not responsible which you don’t know that till after they collect payment and give you the parking pass that states that. For the cost through Expedia it was an okay stay. I don’t think I’ll be staying again. Location is convenient. The room itself wasn’t cleaned very well. Found crusty eyelashes from previous guest still in the bathroom and a nose ring. Old food in fridge still.
I didn’t like that parking wasn’t free. $14 for one night. It cost $8 to park at DIA for travel. To have to pay for parking in a lot that has been there for years is a bit absurd to me.
The price for one night was lowest in the area. Very close to the regional airport. Although they have a shuttle, they won’t shuttle after 10:00 p.m. which seems to me rather early.
Friendly staff, nice hot tub. Had to connect to wifi in lobby, then it would work in room, but couldn't log on in room, got an error message in the evening & then again in the morning. $14 fee for parking. Still a good price.
Arrived late afternoon to check in for a mountain biking trip. Elevator was broken and found out it was $14/day for parking. One small lot in front of hotel property. Location was good-close to I-70. Jacuzzi jets were broken, no free breakfast but they had a $16 breakfast buffet which we skipped. We got back late and ended up eating at the bar. Fish and chips were ok but not a lot of options. Beds were comfortable and shower was good but drain didn’t work very well. Was leaving to go get gas at 7 AM and front desk person asked if I was checking out (checkout is at noon). Not many frills and the extra price for parking was a little crazy as it’s not a major airport like DIA but I could imagine if they didn’t charge anything people not staying there would take up parking spots. View from our hotel window was a dumpster with a dozen mattresses stacked on the side. Outlets were poor quality and difficult to charge phone. With the extra parking fee, it would have been better to pay a little more for a nicer property, breakfast included.
Good especially for being cheaper. Clean and pretty comfortable! It was super crowded when we went for sure. I also didn’t like that I had to pay for parking, probably the worst part of the stay for us. We paid for it and it was super hard to find parking each day. Super close to most attractions and places to eat in Junction. :)
