Pros: Location and staff.
Cons: One more elevator would be a bonus.
Location: Great location! Many fun, cultural, dining and shopping venues within a block or two of the hotel.
The hotel is very convenient to downtown shopping, eating and art walks. Parking and access are easy and the staff are friendly, competent and available. Great experience.

Downtown location pleasant but for crazed screamer

Posted Aug 14, 2016
Stayed here with my daughter since it was close to Amtrak. Ordinary hotel but outdoor pool lacks security and is directly on Main Street - you have to enter from the street - it was literally invaded by drug crazed guy who ended up hauled off by four police after I had to challenge him and remove him from pool area. orher than that though, it's close to several good restaurants and pleasant enough.

Right on main street

Posted May 15, 2016
Pros: A lovely location, near to all Main Street had to offer.
Cons: 6$ charge for parking seemed a little mean spirited,
Location: Right on Main Street, which is lovely to stroll along and easy to find from the highway.
The hotel was near to all restaurants, shops and the lovely sculptures of Main Street. Easy to find with parking right behind the hotel.

Excellent location, friendly staff

Posted Apr 28, 2016
Pros: Location and friendly staff
Cons: What appeared to be regular employees plus construction staff utilized the area outside the back door for their cigarette breaks.
Location: It's in the heart of Grand Junction's vibrant downtown. A variety good restaurants and retail shops line the streets. It's a short drive to trails.
This hotel is conveniently located downtown and is a good value for the money. The front desk staff was friendly and Brandy, in particular, was especially professional and helpful. Our room was freshly renovated and comfortable. We stayed five nights and with the exception of some noisy neighbors on the first night, it was very quiet. The location is excellent and its a short walk to a major supermarket which has anything you might need including a well-stocked deli and Starbucks.

Pros: Quiet, clean and comfortable.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Right on Main St. which has wonderfully unique shops and restaurants.
The hotel was super quiet, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I'd stay there again.
