The appearance of the building inside and out were nice. Bed was too hard and I could hear every sound in the hallway as well as traffic, so not so quiet. One person at the front desk was great, the other tried to upcharge me to stay an additional night, and they were “very full.” Funny thing, Expedia showed rooms available at the same rate I paid.

The only upside to this place was how nice the staff was. It was one of the dirtiest, dysfunctional, and most decrepit hotel rooms I have ever stayed, and I travel for work and work within the travel industry. We also stayed at other Holiday Inns in other cities, and this place was a decided drop in quality compared to West Covina and St. George. It was honestly shocking how bad of shape it was in, I do not recommend.

Nice digs, awesome staff.
Staff was awesome, rooms were in excellent condition. Previous tenant smoked in bathroom and I caught the smell of smoke in the elevator once. People above us had two dogs and a small child and we didn't mind it too much. The only real complaint was that you need to tell the staff at check in whether or not you want the room cleaned and fresh towels during your stay.

The hotel was ok. Our room was basic and the furniture was scratched and needed updating. Towels were way old and scratchy. The indoor pool and hot tub was a great feature and one of the reasons we choose to stay here. The pool area had an overwhelming mold MK/sewer smell, so that was a big bummer. Not the worst hotel for the price but definitely wont be back.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. I made the wrong assumption that Holiday Inn stands for a certain amount of quality. It was not cheap and one of the reasons I picked this hotel was the pool. There was a horrible smell/ odor in the whole pool area (this includes the fitness room). It wasn't chlorine - it was a very foul almost sulphur like smell. My kids did not want to go in the pool, partially because it looked green. We went to the reception and she assured my kids the pool is clean and the color is just from the paint. However asked about the smell she said she doesn't know, but was also not surprised. How can you not know the source of the smell but still have that area open? What if it is a health hazard? We did stay at the pool for a little bit, but it was just unbearable and also caused nausea. The room itself was okay, it was actually one of the cleanest rooms we have had on our trip. Mattress and pillows were all very comfortable. Furniture is old and a little banged up. I didn't mind that however as long as things are clean. We paid for breakfast through Expedia, I actually thought this would be a buffet, but it was a sit down restaurant. You then get vouchers for one meal and one drink. There was only one person working the restaurant. She was absolutely awesome - but there is only so much one person can do. Multiple people left because it was taking so long. Overall it was just very dissapointing and I would not stay here again.

l am so sorry about the pool are we are aware of the smell and have had a plumber out to inspect its nothing dangerous or harmful its was just a backflow issue that was cleared up and wasn't connected to the pool at all. Sorry about the bad experience
