Great place to stay

The room was very roomy and comfortable. I got a great night sleep in their cozy bed and enjoyed the bath and body works product they had in the bathroom. I used the gym and liked the quality of the equipment. The only disappointment was no free breakfast.

Prima voor een nacht. Helaas niet in de buurt van het centrum. De WiFi is erg traag.

I wish the hotel sold a few items like aspirin and toiletries so that you didn't have to walk down the street to a service station in the middle of the night when you have a headache.

Bait and switch

Went to have breakfast at 8:30 am and the buffet had been picked up. Was told when checking in the buffet was available until 9:00 am. When making an inquiry about it was told not enough people were using it but we could order off the menu at full price. Bait and switch!

Nice room & staff, but disruptions, poor food.

The room was fine (new, clean, comfortable) except for two annoying things....(1) the noise from the freeway was noticeable, even though we asked for a room where this wouldn't be a problem and we were put on the top floor, 4th floor; and, (2) an advertisement that kept popping up on screen ( several times per hour ) while we were watching television that would disrupt the program and lower the TV volume for a minute or so...the advertisement was for the hotel's on-site restaurant: "Try our restaurant for breakfast and dinner". By the way, the restaurant in the hotel was NOT good. Breakfast was served cold ( sausage and hash browns very undercooked; ice cold toast that must have been made the previous week ). We sent it back, but the replacement food wasn't any better. Hey, hash BROWNS should at least be kind of BROWN, not white/raw shedded potatoes.
