Bait and switch tactics people should be aware of.

Pros: The room was clean.
Cons: As above. It should be addressed by Expedia.
Location: Convenient location
Arrive at the hotel and checked in at the desk where took a young woman took my credit card info and signed me in and gave me a key. Left for dinner. Came back to a locked room with all of my belongings in it. I went to the desk where the "gentleman" (Owner?) at the desk insisted I didn't pay enough for my room because it was on the first floor. I had not specifically asked for a first floor room. He insisted I pay an extra fee upwards of $20.00 because the hotel was filling up. I told him he was crazy and I was not paying anything more than I signed for (The rate Expedia had advertised.) He insisted I must talk to the girl at the desk in the morning and get it straightened out and that she could be fired for putting me in a first floor room. I never went to the desk in the morning. I wonder how many people fall for this kind of tactic and pay the money requested.

Okay for an Inexpensive Over-night Stop

Pros: Location on 50 highway near downtown.
Cons: Paint and furnshings. Air conditioning units.
Location: Not applicable to this trip.
Air Conditioner needed to be fixed or replaced. It would only operate when the temperature was set at 60 degrees. It did not get that cool even after running all night. The facility is a two story motel with a door to outside from each room. Second floor rooms can only be accessed via a stairway, there is no elevator.

Cheap Rates, Easy Check In

Location: Good choice of restaurants within a few miles
The hotel was affordable and was easy to check in and out (late check in, early check out). Staff was friendly and helpful. Room had hair dryer, mini-fridge and microwave along with T.V. Room was a standard motel-type room however the structural concerns I had for the hotel were the priority, we stayed on the second floor of the hotel which appeared to be unstable- the balcony was slanted downward and the tiles in the bathroom were coming up. We stayed here from 9pm-5am, so for a few hours to sleep it wasn't bad. I would not stay here longer than that. We were on our way from Utah to Denver so we just needed a place to shower and sleep.

The hotel room was smelly and the internet you couldn't even log on to. The room was out dated. Was not a good stay for the price.

Way overpriced!

Very uncomfortable bed. Room needs much updating and was not very clean. Hair dryer was broke. Everything about this place was subpar. The most overpriced hotel for what it is I have ever experienced. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

The first room we got the air conditioner began to malfunction. We told the deal clerk who thanked us for letting him know and moved us to another room. A day later my grandson, who is six, was unhappy that we were too far away to use the wi-fi. He called the front desk himself to ask about it and the next morning we were offered a room right across from the office with excellent reception. No customer is too small to be taken care of here! We appreciate the staff!
