Close to airport and clean

Remodeled room?

Pros: Nothing, except location.
Cons: Everything, except the room was clean as it should be.
Stayed in a remodeled room, they had one more floor to go. They forgot to remodel or replace the mattress. I sunk in a good 4 to 6 inches and it felt crooked like it was either trying to push me off the bed or to the center of the bed depending where I was positioned. Worst mattress I have ever slept on. The orange/red light on the phone kept blinking all night. When I went down to ask about the light the girl at the front counter said laughing yeah we have not figured out how to turn those off yet. I thought she was joking. I said seriously, and she replied "yep." So I turned the phone upside down so the light was hidden so it would not bother me while I tried to sleep on the horrible mattress. The doors on the rooms need to be adjusted also so that they do not slam shut. Most of the night from other doors SLAM, SLAM, SLAM. So much for a good nights sleep. So much for the free breakfast also. They had a waffle iron but no batter just bread or bagels. Bananas or apples for fruit. Yogurt and hard boiled eggs and cereal. So overall the experience was one of the worst I have ever had at any hotel I have stayed in my entire life.

Under Construction

Pros: Assigned room was a renovated room and was comfortable and well appointed
Cons: In order for the outlets to work on the desk/TV side of the room, the entry switch had to be on which required overhead light to be on at all time.
Location: Downtown Grand Junction is amazing for a town of its size..great Restaurants!
Lobby and first floor were under renovation, front desk check-in and breakfast room were in hallway.

Good hotel

Cons: Complete the renovation
Hotel is undergoing renovation. Stayed in a renovated room on a renovated floor (excellent). Bed was very comfortable. Will be better once the entire hotel renovation is completed.

1st time Colorado visit.

Pros: We enjoyed the staff, they were very helpful and kind. location was great. Close to several eateries and stores. Overall experience was fantastic.
Cons: All is good.
Location: Nice area with good eats, and shops. Close to airport.
We enjoyed our stay at La Quinta Grand Junction as this was our 1st trip to Colorado.

Very nice. There is remodeling underway but I believe they are doing a floor at a time. Our floor and room were fresh- new carpet, furniture...very comfortable.

Pros: New carpet, staff very helpful and friendly.
Location: Near shopping and close to freeway.

Pool and hot tub closed. No running water from 11PM-4 AM. Repair noise above us throughout the night. Breakfast minimal

Pros: the staff was very professional and friendly
Cons: check rooms for underwear and leaking toilets before renting
Location: plenty of hiking, shopping, great restaurants
Wish we had known the hotel was under construction before booking. It was a Sunday however and did not effect our stay. We were offered a newly remodeled room initially, very nice though it did not have a tub, which I prefer, but a beautiful shower. The new water efficient toilet would not stop running, and I couldnt get it to stop. They offered us another room, it had a tub, and better plumbing. It also came with an old pair of mens(not mine) underwear. Almost funny other than my wife managed to find them first. They offered us a 10.00 discount. Overall the staff was extremely gracious, room was as usual very comfortable. Next time I will ask for a room away from the highway.

Great accommodations terrible bed and pillows

Staff was professional, courteous and very helpful. Room was very clean. Bed and Pillows in room were very firm and VERY uncomfortable to sleep on.
