Super dog friendly hotel

Posted Jul 18, 2016
After reading some of the negative reviews on here, I was kind of nervous for our stay. We were arriving around 10:30 p.m., so I called the front desk and let them know. The guy was very friendly and very nice about everything, ensuring we were guaranteed a room, even though we utilized the "Book Now, Pay Later" feature on Expedia. When we arrived, my friend was walking my dog and I went in to check-in. My friend was covering the hotel and gave me his debit card and wallet, in case they asked for ID. Of course, the guy said he would need my friend to come in and do it because he can't be sure this wasn't a stolen wallet. My friend and I switched and it was no problem at all. They gave us a baggy with doggy treats and poop bags (I thought this was considerate because other pet friendly hotels I've stayed at have never done this.) The room was clean (although it did smell like cigarettes, but it wasn't a deal breaker.) It was actually pretty huge and much different than what I envisioned. As everyone else has mentioned, THE WALLS ARE VERY THIN. You can hear everything going on in the hallway, but it wasn't a big deal considering my friend and I were exhausted from our 11 hour drive. The bathroom was very clean and spacious-they provide you with two bars of soap and one mini Panteen ProV 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner bottle. All in all, this is exactly what we needed for our road trip and what best accommodated my Siberian Husky.

Nice hotel. They don't charge for dogs and give your dog treats! Easy access to everything.

Great stopover on the way to Utah.

Cons: Breakfast could be improved but I guess that's reflective of the room price

Our stay was great. Only complaint is double beds instead of queen beds.

Smelled like cigarette smoke something fierce!

Posted Apr 28, 2016
Rooms were HUGE!! Nice and comfy! We arrived to another persons checkout bill on the floor of our room and could barely breathe due to the smoke smell in the hall and rooms. I don't understand how we have to sign forms and give so much cc info for our dogs, basically leave a left kidney---but smokers can do what they want and "might get a $250 charge". How are they going to know what room it came from???

Convenient to Airport

Pros: Conveniently located.
Cons: Could use a refrigerator in the room we were in - there was one in the room during a previous stay.
Easy in and out to the activities we had going on.
