Neither the pool nor the hot tub were available, big disappointment. Heater did not work in the first room assigned so we had to move to another room. Clerk said that breakfast is waffles and cold continental. Otherwise no hot breakfast. Otherwise clean and well maintained.

Unfortunately we do have to close the pool and hot tub once in a while to get the chemicals in balance. We do this for the guests saftey. In order for us to serve anthing like bacon, eggs, etc a hotel does have to have a restraunt license and the means to cook said food. I am very sorry you found your stay mediocre. I will get with my team and discuss with them what we can do to improve future guest's stays.

Even though this is an older, Economy property.. its clean and feels good, smells good. The gentleman at checkin was super friendly, efficient and helpful. It's also quiet and even though i checked in late... had fresh water and juice in the lobby ..snacks like apples. Simply lovely and well done holiday decorations. Thank you.

Good experience
The room was clean and well maintained. Considering low budget it's an excellent motel to stay for a couple of nights. Just a recommendation- hotel may consider a better quality shower materials.

We stay here several times per year because the hotel is convenient to highway, several restaurants & an enjoyable golf course as well as the Colorado Monument.

When Kwvin checked us in he came out of a back room and said "Great someone else bothering me while im trying to relax and watch you tube. Then he proceeded to tell me oh you have a Visa prime credit card im stealing your number just so you know. I have shopping to do.NOT FUNNY I have had my info stolen before not something you say to say to a customer!

I will have an in person meeting with my staff member. I would agree that it was not the right thing to say to a guest, surely the context was jokingly, and I will be finding out. Please rest assured, your credit card information is safe with my company, and also that wyndham and Super8/Wyndham have fail-safes built into our system. I know kevin very well and he has been employed with our company for at least ten years. We have never had an issue with his honesty or integrity and he was required to go through a background check when we hired him. He is truly an invaluable member of our team, but please rest assured I will bring resolution to this issue. Your credit carts is safe in our system, and I'd like to talk with you after I've had a chance to discuss this with this with my employee. We have never had a credit card compromised since we built the property in 1994. My apologies and I will be in touch.
