Bar roomPosted Sep 21, 2015
After checking into our room I went to the front desk and told them that that my room smelled like a ash tray and that no one in our group.smoked.

Weekend ReunionPosted Sep 15, 2015
Pros: The location and the staff were good.
Cons: Clean it up!
Location: Easy to get to and also, easy to get downtown.
Okay, I was not happy with the cleanliness of the room. Only stayed because the bed was clean and would have been a hassle to move to a different hotel.

Good LocationPosted Sep 14, 2015
Cons: A complete remodel.
Location: The hotel was close to the interstate and easy to get to. There were several eating places near by.
My sister and I checked in and the room temperature was comfortable. The bed area looked fine but I tried to turn the TV on with the remote and it wouldn't do it so I used the button on the TV. However, I could not change channels or anything and went outside and the maintenance man was close by and came in and solved the problem. The sink area and bathroom areas were dreadful. The plug was out of the sink, there was a black hair on the sink (my sister and I have grey hair), there was old dirt in bathroom and the toilet tank would run and stop. The next morning before we left for the day I mentioned these things to the woman at reception. When we returned later in the day, nothing had been done, the sink, tub, floor were still dirty so I went to the desk again and the house cleaning supervisor was there and came back to the room with me and cleaned. the mn. man said he had inspected the toilet tank but it was still running. The running problem was not offensive but did waste water. The room was warm so I turned up the a/c but throughout the evening no cool air was available. When I checked out on Sunday morning I saw a sign at the reception desk stating that they were having air conditioning problems and apologize for the inconvenience. I did not think the continental breakfast was very good either. I would never stay at this Travelodge again.

The best thing about this hotel is its people & the beds were comfortable. It needs new carpet & a new bathtub.

The hotel was filthy and very outdated.Posted Aug 29, 2015
Cons: They could update the hotel and fix the cooling system. Then, fire the person who cleans the rooms.
Location: Palisade peaches and beautiful mountains and lakes.
We started out in one room, and the air conditioning didn't work. We were moved and the tub was horrific. It was peeling and filthy. I really worried about the poor conditions of the hotel. The air conditioning in the second room made a lot of noise, but didn't cool the room either.

A/c does not work, no fan, no new clean towelsPosted Aug 21, 2015
Too hot in room, they would not give us a new fan. Room wouldn't lock, had to place furniture in front of door. We didn't get new towels or any cleaning during the day. Lots of scary people hanging around
