Never again!

Posted Aug 23, 2017
Pros: The staff member tried his best but had very little to work with.
Cons: Nearly everything
We are grateful that the staff member held our reservation because we arrived much later than originally intended. The first Non-Smoking room he gave us had been smoked in. A LOT. We waited while he set up another room that was on the ground floor. It had no drapes, so the staff member had to cover the windows with bed sheets. The overall condition of the room was horrible and in need of a lot of repair, particularly the bathroom. The "free breakfast" is completely bogus -- limited cold cereal, white bread for toast, cold coffee and not much else.

Not like the photos on the internet

Posted Aug 23, 2017
Pros: Location
Cons: Everything Fix all that is broken. Repair stairs.
Location: National Parks, Grand Mesa, Colorado Monument, Dinosaur Nat. park. Lots to see.
Everything was broken, TV, stairs were rusted out. Refrigerator didn't cool. Gal at front desk was only employee in the morning so she had to be at the desk for check out and couldn't restock the breakfast which was terrible. Empty cereal. No breakfast rolls. Nothing hot. Why does Wyndom own such a bad place and keep it open before . I stayed at 4 on my trip. 2 were nice 2 were horrible. Then they want me to become a member???? Are you kidding. I will pay more attention of who owns the hotel in the future. Don't care if you post or not...just want you to know that your property needs attention.

This hotel doesn't have an elevator, the pool was under construction, the water shut off for a day, Roaches in the bathtub, no one greets you in and out of the hotel, our week stay, not one hello, good morning, have a nice day, nothing. The housekeeper told us she was going to clean our room cause we're on the checkout list, so I had to find my screenshot of the confirmation from Expedia on the dates. It was the 17th and she's trying to clean the room out, we weren't suppose to check out till the 20th.

The hotel staff was great and check was not an issue. The room though was very outdated and not that clean.

Don't stay here

Posted Jul 31, 2017
They said the tv was out because of the weather. There was no weather and when we went out the restaurant next door had Direct Tv. When I went back and questioned them. Guess what they moved me to a room with a working tv. Then they had no working pool. The staff said the pump went out a long long time ago. When we were leaving for the hotel next door on the second night (with a pool) we looked under the bed to make sure we didn't leave anything. It was full I mean full of mice feces. Then don't get me started on the breakfast. They had bread, cereal and bagged muffins. All of which were stale. This is a horrible hotel. The staff was nice, but very sick of the complaining. They said it was under new ownership and they weren't working too fast to make the needed improvements.
