“Clean room, friendly staff, with special shout out to Pam,who was friendly, funny, and accommodating. Didn’t like the fact that CNN was home station tuned in the lobby.”

“Room was very clean and Comfortable. Amber was very friendly and professional on the phone when I called for a question. Pat was great when we checked in. I asked Pat for a great place to eat local and she asked me if I wanted a sitdown restaurant and I said yes. She recommended Jacs in Kalamazoo about 4 miles up the road. Jacs did not disappoint. Great suggestion. We do ask often on places to eat when we travel, and most are great recommendations. The only negative thing I would say is……
