Great location for exploring the city

The apartment had everything we needed for.iur stay and more. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, great lounge area, and the luxury toiletries were a nice touch. The service from the team was excellent both before we left the UK via email and during our stay. There was a problem during check in and we were worried that as it was a holiday and the offices were closed we wouldn't be able to check in. However our email and voicemail were responded to very quickly and we were really pleased. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location, next to Grand place nice apartment

My mistake because Saturday and Sunday no housekeeping service, If you want weekdays cleaning you have to call the office and you can have next day cleaning, As a cleaning lady said. So i am not recommending anybody who want to visit brussels at the weekend.

Bed bugs!!!!

Room size and location were great, even the check-in process was fine and went as we were told it would. But the bed was hard as a rock and I typically prefer a firm mattress, but the real problems were the bites all over my hands, left elbow and right shoulder. I only stayed in this hotel for one night, every other night I was in a hotel in Paris, all of the bites showed up after leaving Brussels and no new bites ever showed up, which is how I determined in was the b-aparthotel where I received the bites, needless to say this ruined several days of the trip, will never come back.

the apartment has a clean and comfortable bed. and an excellent bathroom accomidations. i enjoyed the apartment very much

The suite room was excellent and the location was excellent as well. However, the check in was a harrowing experience for us. We arrived a little early and hoped to leave our bags to walk around until check in. There is no reception at the hotel and when we arrived, there was no way for us to enter the building. There was no staff member on site to assist and we were only able to enter because of the kindness of a fellow guest who noticed us. Once inside, we had no way to get to our rooms because the keys were in a mailbox and we had not received any instructions on the password to unlock it. Once again, another kind guest walking by gave us a phone number that he said is a person who can help us get the key from the mailbox. We tried calling them and eventually got hold of someone who said we should return at check-in time. We dragged around our bags for a few hours and returned and had to again call this person who gave us the code to the mailbox but it did not have an envelope with our key. So we again waited to have someone come by and give us the key. After an 8-hour flight to a foreign city, we could not have felt more helpless through all this. I realize not all places have reception desks but at the very least, they should have a phone in the lobby with an instruction to call a number for help. As a foreign tourist, we get charged a lot to make phone calls abroad and it only added to our aggravation. Thanks to kindness of strangers, we made it in.

Large, convenient, but not clean

Pros: The location, and the fact it had a decent sized fridge, microwave and kitchen sink, as well as the associated plates, and basic cookware.
Cons: The property seemed not that well maintained, most importantly it was really not that clean.
Location: The location is great. Very close to the grand place and many restaurants and bars.
I chose this for my wife, I and our 1 year old because many hotels in Europe do not have mini-fridges and microwaves and it's much easier for us to consistently feed our child healthy food with those available. It's also quite a bit larger than many hotels, so it was certain we'd have enough space for a crib. Those parts worked out well. I noticed some comments about cleanliness, which I'm typically not overly sensitive to, but in this case, it really was dirtier than I expected. There is housecleaning, but it seems they only make the bed. If that's all they're going to do, it'd be better if they would leave at least a broom to clean up, since the floors were dirty even when we arrived. The lack of a real lobby to check us in and out was a minor inconvenience, but when we called they did respond quickly(thankfully it was not a weekend). The lack of a handicap/stroller friendly entry and exit was a major hassle. The best option turned out to be the underground parking garage entrance/exit, but it was clearly not designed for pedestrians and pretty steep.

Great location or poor service - your choice

Pros: Great central location: 5 min to train station, 1 min to city hall, Gran Place Cons: • Apartment was not thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival • Phone did not work; it was hard to communicate with the reception, which was several kilometers away • The safe, the toaster and the espresso machine did not work • No maid service for four days despite advertising daily maid service; reception informed us that this did not apply to weekends and holidays but this is not mentioned on their website • None of the broken appliances were replaced except for the toaster • No reception on weekends • Baggage storage was available only until 2 pm at the reception; we had to later move our bags to storage lockers at the train station • Poor and disengaged customer service Conclusion: Since the location is so central it seems that the remainder of the details aren’t very pressing or important for the staff.

Nice apartment in a central Brussels location

This was a very nice apartment. Our accommodations in the room were relatively new and user friendly. One of the only issue we had was with the laundry area. The washer and dryer look old, unused, and need to be cleaned. Other than this, our stay was good. The apartment itself is in a central location; it is close to many different attractions and there are good food options around as well
