Great location!

Pros: clean, comfortable, great location
Location: very close to train station, Grand Place, museums, etc. Plus bonus of having a supermarket and tons of eating options right next door.
The location for the hotel was fantastic - located in a pedestrian area very close to train station and many tourist attractions, a supermarket and lots of restaurants. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable, but maybe a bit small (although a very minor complaint in my opinion). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby and breakfast area appeared to be undergoing some much needed renovation but we had our breakfast elsewhere so had no impact on us. Overall, very good spot!

Vacation with Friends

Well located hotel with friendly and efficient front desk staff. I stayed in the "annex" rooms which included kitchenettes, very handy and saves money. Hotel is a 10 minute walk from Central Station Train station, steps from Grand Place, grocery store right next store, lots of shopping / cafes / bars close by. Cleaning staff could have been more attentive (forgot to replace some towels / glasses put away unwashed / items left in freezer by prior guests). Good value for the money, I would stay here again.

Good budget hotel

Very well located near Grand Place. Staff are wonderful. Rooms none half a kettle so this wasn't good when you need a cuppa.

best location since it is in the city center

Pros: that it is inside the city center
Cons: Air conditioner to be present in rooms
Location: the hotel is in the middle of the city center, you can reach all shops, restaurants and touristic places while walking from it.
Everything was ok except that there id no air conditioner and a fridge in the room

Helpful staff

Pros: The location was great. The staff were great. It was on the main street so I expected it to be noisy. There were double pain windows so it was quiet
Location: It was about a 8 minute walk from the train station. It was a 1 minute walk to the main square. It was on the main street near all the shops.
The front desk people were very helpful. We especially want to thank Maddie who was extremely helpful. As soon as we came in to check in, we were offered a chocolate. They had 2 bottles of water in our room that was much appreciated.
