We loved the location and the local bars and restaurants. It was wonderful to be able to easily park, quickly check in and then walk to the various venues including restaurants, bars and locations with live music. We were disappointed in the room itself, which was certainly clean, but quite dated. We were also shocked to learn there was no TV on 3 floors including ours. Will certainly visit venues again but would not pay to stay in the hotel.

Lots of guests with children at the hotel, who were very loud late into the night, both in rooms and in the hallway. Staff were unhelpful in resolving the situation.

This hotel was really nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The view from my room was beautiful. There were about 3 or 4 restaurants inside the hotel. There was shopping and restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was incredibly professional and friendly everywhere in the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our time here. The pool is smaller and there were lots of kids there, but everyone was having a good time. Great value for the price.

We loved the hotel. Unfortunately, my friend and I were charged $45 for vallet per vehicle per day. There were no signs stating this charge and this charge was never discussed at check in. I called the hotel and explained my concerns. The staff member told me there was nothing she could do for us. Very disappointing and will not go back.

Beautiful property and stay, the 45.00 valet fee (which I found out about afterwards) was very steep, especially after tipping as well..Also, I booked us a king room and was told upon arrival there were none available and we had to get queen beds which was disappointing but overall a good stay!

If was 3 start hotel be did story same as if Was a 2 star . Photos of room showed a patio ,room booked had none, everything closed before midnight, Valet team definitely 5/5 stars . Maybe in day time place might be ok. But late in evening forget bout it. They need to update the photos properly, If photos matched the room more accurately and then showing or describing tiny bathroom entrance to get in room is like trying to get into your uncles shed in backyard type deal . Entrance to get into room least this one yeah good luck if you have family with difficult items or baby in stroller etc etc.

Hotel and room were absolutely beautiful & loved everything going on in the hotel. Our bathroom did have a lot of mold/mildew in it—around the ceiling and in the shower. Other than that, everything was very clean.

Nice hotel that could use some updates. The heating is noisy and they don’t give you a good blanket or comforter. A thin blanket in winter is not enough.

My wife and I greatly enjoyed our recent stay at the Amway Grand Plaza... Our room was clean, well equipped, and had a great view... The staff was friendly and very helpful... We enjoyed the onsite dinning as well as a few of the many convenient restaurants within walking distance... My wife was also pleased with her relaxing experience at Celeste Spa... We will be back in the spring!

The room wqs not as advertised in pictures..theres was no city view as sold to me. The neds uncomfortable for a 400 a night room...unbelievably paper thin walls... i feel i was sold a horse of a different color. Id like a refund

Just average with lots of hype
The room was very small, not even enough space for a table on both sides of the bed. The tub did not drain well so we had water standing in the shower. The security and cleanliness were excellent. Over all I would not stay here again, there are other less busy places to stay in the area.
