A wheelchair was available on a first come basis. I used it for my Grandmother. We were able ro have an ADA room for her with a beautiful view of the river and city. The service was wonderful. The skywalk allowed us indoor access to a concert that night at the Van Andel. Convenient. Beautiful. And functional for us. We will be back.
