I had a great stay here the hotel property was very well taken care of, no trash in parking areas, the rooms were big and well kept. The staff was extremely hospitable Tammy and accommodating. The property is seated in an excellent area for eating, shopping, and attractions. Most of which are in walking distance depending on the weather.

I will never support this company ever again. Planned a fun girl's trip and as soon as we walked into our room we were hit with a strong Marjuana smell. So bad that one of us were having breathing issues. Requested room change and was denied. Requested to rent another room and was denied. Staff did not accommodate at all and were incredibly rude. Had to move to hotel across the street 2 hours into our stay and they refused to refund, lied saying Expedia has to refund because it's third party. My sister called again to request a refund and they were disrespectful and hung up on her. Shame on you.

Truly unfortunate timing. There was a rowdy group of people that was present… management didn’t resolve situation for almost 2-2.5 hours. When we spoke with management in the morning, all we got was a “sorry”. Hampton inn is usually a solid family base, and it felt like it should’ve been dealt with quicker in the early wee hours of the morning.

Parking was a problem because a couple of large trucks were allowed to park horizontally, taking up close to 20 spaces. Was forced to park at the hotel next to the Hampton Inn. I was told this occurrence was unusual, but I was not offered an apology. Otherwise, my stay was great.

Our smoke alarm had plastic wrapped around it and a rubber band. Our light is missing in the bathroom. Dust around areas from sanding or something. Overall happy with the place. Great location.

The property is great, with new renovations very evident. Joi, who handles the breakfasts, is beyond fabulous. The only negative we had, was the bathroom was clean & nice, but not very accommodating of 2 people. We could not both put our toiletries in the bathroom. BUT everything else was great!

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and great location. It was close to Hobby Lobby, shoe stores and restaurants. The drive to Van Andel was about 10 minutes.

We were only there from about 10:30 PM- 7:00 AM but was one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in. Smelled fresh and not musty. We travel to GR a lot of sports and we WILL be staying here again. Great breakfast as well!
