Good location, adequate for hotel needsPosted Nov 23, 2015
Nice hotel in general. Daily breakfast. Room was sufficient. Two complaints: there is no privacy between hotel room and hallway due to huge gap in the bottom of the doors, making it really easy to hear conversations/TV that come from hallway and rooms. Also, would be nice to have a door between bedroom and bathroom. It was difficult to get ready by the sink without disturbing whoever may be sleeping. Otherwise, would recommend.

Close to the downtown actionPosted Oct 5, 2015
Location: My friends and I were in town for the annual Art Prize competition in downtown Grand Rapids. We also took in several local retail shops.
I found this hotel to have charm as well as comfort. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was booked and we were only able to get a room with a king-size bed despite having 3 adults in the room. The front desk clerk brought up an extra cot with more linens and towels for us all. The continental breakfast was good and the dining room seating was plentiful and pleasing.

Great hotelPosted Sep 24, 2015
Pros: Delicious breakfast. Also, a light dinner was provided both nights. Quite a surprise!
Location: Location a ways away from the downtown but using the Beltway and another street was easy.
Room was very comfortable and clean. The desk staff were very pleasant and efficient.

Nice hotel close to malls and airportPosted Aug 29, 2015
Pros: The 2-room suites, the pool, the breakfast.
Location: The price was higher this year. That was a disappointment that may cause us to look for another place for next year.
I spent one night at the Homewood Suites. May family has met there several times for family reunions, and we have not been disappointed in the quality of the rooms or the service. This hotel has a number of 2-bedroom suites, which is great when parents want their children in a separate room. This is one reason why we have chosen this hotel multiple times for family reunions.

Great place.Posted Aug 18, 2015
My only complaint is the hot tub wasn't really hot and there were not enough towels in the pool area. Otherwise great place, great staff, breakfast was great both days too. Thank you for a great stay.

Nice family hotel.Posted Aug 11, 2015 on Hotels
My family of 5 spend the weekend there. They have a beautiful barbecue spot in a nice backyard, there is a basketball court (they provide balls and toys for the kids to play with), and the pool is nice and warm. Breakfast is better than average, beds are really comfortable, there is a small but full kitchen in the suites. Staff is courteous and helpful. My kids really enjoyed our time in the hotel.

bon hôtelPosted Aug 1, 2015 on Hotels
Bon hôtel assez excentré mais c'est ce que nous recherchions. Les suites sont immenses avec 2 sdb. Service impeccable.

Nice and QuietPosted Jul 29, 2015
I was not thrilled about walking into a room we didn't book, but it was fixed promptly. The room we were in was nice and clean. Although the hot tub was closed, the shower curtain was ripped, there was a hole in the wall, and not enough linens for the fold out bed. This being said staff was nice and helpful, and the facility was clean and quiet. I will try them again.
