Airport transportation

I chose to stay at this hotel because of the park and ride option offered while I was on vacation. However, upon my return, I called for a shuttle which was already at the airport dropping off people, then had to wait 40 minutes to be taken back to my car because we were waiting for a flight crew. The driver informed me the flight was arriving @4:51. At 5:15 I asked if he could verify that the flight actually landed, and how long would we have to wait, as I had already had a very long day with an hour drive home yet. He said flight crews take priority and he could not leave without them. Finally at 5:30 one person came and he had the nerve to call me impatient to the person, when he could have easily transported the 2 of us that had already waited 35 to 40 minutes back to the hotel and been back to the airport with plenty of time to continue to wait for the high priority pick up. Will stay with a place that values my time as well as my business next time.

Parking Lot Noise

The hotel was okay. It is a little old but my room was clean. My only concern was that my room was on the first floor next to the parking lot and there was an excessive amount of noise outside late at night (1 or 2 a.m.) and because of this I could not sleep. I booked this hotel for business purposes, attending a training and I needed sleep. I asked the front desk if I could change rooms and they said that they could not accommodate due to being booked.

Pros: close to where we needed to be
Need some people at the front desk that know what they are doing! it took a long time to get checked in. A couple in front of us checked in only to find there room had people already sleeping in it. not good.

Facilities needs updating

Pros: The staff was very helpful
Cons: Remodel, fix the pool area.
Location: Good location plenty to do
The room was dirty and beds were old. We left and did not spend the night. Pool had clumps of human hair floating in it, and the bottom had pockets of sand Very disappointed

Hotel needs major renovations.

The walls have water damage, old. No sheets for the pullout couch. Said they were out of pillows, blankets and sheets. Was not happy. My kids had to sleep in there winter coats. This hotel needs to improve and update. Looking rundown!

Great staff & stay--happy with mystery deal!

Pros: Able to leave car parked in lot while on vacation--ask about Park & Fly option. And free airport shuttle! Pillows were comfy too.
Cons: Cosmetic maintenance in the room & bathroom--chips, scuffs, missing tiles, etc.
Location: Adjacent to a mall complex w/ movie theater and many dining options within walking distance.
Mystery deals make me nervous, but we were pleasantly surprised with this one. Nearly half the listed price (I checked later). Nicer than expected, with great amenities and services. Being new to the chain, staff was kind enough to comp us breakfast (thanks Matthew!) and also our parking for the week since we did not know about their Park & Fly packages (sorry, didn't catch your name!). Facilities could use some maintenance, but nothing major. Great option in busy area, close enough to airport for easy access.

The water park was closed for the season however, they opened it up for us. The staff made the stay a great experience. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Thanks Ramada!

Pros: the slide in the pool area
Cons: burn it down and rebulid
Location: good location for shopping
Very run down, hair in sink, black hair, a pond arrival of room, yuck! We are all blondes. We felt unsafe. I was charged more than Expedia quoted me. Smelled , you could see were paint was put up to cover mold in bathrooms. Pool had a yellow color to it, and the hot tub was so hot you would of boiled to death if you stayed in. Wall paper is coming off the walls. We were to lighted colored to be in that hotel. What a big mistake.

The pool was OK.......

My granddaughter loved the pool with the slide. We were not far from the beach and other tourist attractions. Our room was dirty when we arrived. I found the maid in the hallway arguing with the people in the next room. The dry pepperoni and lint on the carpet should not have been missed. I borrowed her vacuum cleaner and cleaned my room myself. The place needs an update. Even the vacuum had black electrical tape on the cord! I will not stay here again.
