Great location and great people to work with.
We really enjoyed our stay. The house came equipped with a lot. It provided little touches that we appreciated like Tiki torches, bug spray, k cups, water bottles, binoculars for bird watching, and more. We were fortunate enough to be there to view the fireworks from the near by baseball stadium and they were spectacular! The house was tidy but the refrigerator was a little dirty as well as the inside of the kitchen cabinets. House was a little musty but anyone who has lived on the water knows this is common and expected.

Everything was wonderful! The property managers were very accommodating and made the whole experience very smooth. Would recommend for anyone visiting Grand Rapids

The house had a few issues but the owners were very attentive about getting back with us in a timely fashion.
Beautiful riverfront location next to the Whitecaps ballpark!
We had SUCH an excellent time in Grand Rapids! The property is beautiful and comfortable; the river access is unbelievable. If you're a baseball lover, the ballpark is walking distance! We would love to make a return visit and I can't recommend this property enough.
